Carson Palmer tosses three touchdowns in thrilling win

by Kyle Smith | Sun, Jan 17th 5:35pm EST

Carson Palmer completed 25-of-41 passes for 349 yards, three touchdowns, and was picked off twice in an OT win against the Packers.

Fantasy Impact:

Palmer was a bit shaky at the start of the game with some of his passes sailing on him as he dealt with a finger injury. He did settle down and made some big time throws and perhaps none bigger than his completion in overtime to a wide open Larry Fitzgerald. Palmer eluded three defenders, bumped into his own lineman, before eventually finding Fitzgerald open across the field. Fitzgerald would take that completion and run it for a 75-yard gain down to the four yard line. Two plays later Palmer rolled out to the right before pitching it back inside to Fitzgerald for the game winning touchdown. Palmer will travel to Charlotte to take on the Panthers in the NFC Championship game and he will likely be the top DFS play.
