Andy Dalton close to throwing, thumb healthy

Andy Dalton(thumb) told a source that his thumb is healthy, but he is not yet ready to throw. Dalton also indicated that he will take a conservative approach in his rehabilitation of the injury. (Chris Wesseling of Around the League)
Fantasy Impact:
Andy Dalton is coming off of a season that he is likely to build off of when healthy. Dalton became a reliable fantasy starter in 2015 and if the Bengals can add another weapon on the outside, he is sure to be a top 10 quarterback if he plays in all 16 games in 2016.
