The Cleveland Browns could pursue impending free-agent quarterback Brock Osweiler when the market opens in March. Sources say that new Browns' head coach Hue Jackson would like to court a moderately priced quarterback if he is not sold on any of the top prospects at the position in April's NFL Draft.
