Jamaal Charles to be a non-participant in OTA's

According to Kansas City Chiefs beat writer Terez Paylor, Jamaal Charles(ACL) said that he will not participate in OTA's, but is "optimistic" that he will be available for training camp. (Terez A. Paylor on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jamaal Charles is recuperating from his devastating ACL injury that forced the runner to be placed on injured reserve early in the 2015 season. Charles will likely be available for training camp and the start of the regular season barring any more set backs. Although the Chiefs gave Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware new deals, Charles is expected to resume his role as the work horse of Kansas City's backfield.
