NFLPA does not think Brady suspension will end soon

by John Aubin | Tue, Apr 26th 11:31am EDT

The NFLPA's George Atallah said the reinstatement of Tom Brady's four-game suspension is unlikely to end anytime soon, SI's Andrew Perloff reports. A federal appeals court ruled Monday to reinstate the four-game suspension that Brady received for his alleged involvement in the "deflategate" controversy in January 2015. Fantasy Impact:

Brady and the NFLPA are exploring their options on the suspension but for now, it looks like he will be suspended for the first four games. This will effect Brady in fantasy drafts but even with the suspension, he would be fired up and probably a bit healthier towards the end of the year as it will take the offensive line a few games to gel. Brady will be 39 years old to start the season and the fewer games may be to his benefit.
