Fantasy Impact: The Patriots and fantasy owners can all breathe a sigh of relief. Any questions surrounding what type of role Amendola would play after Edelman's season-ending injury were answered in the first 3 quarters on Monday night. Assuming Amendola misses little to no time, he should be valuable in all formats moving forward.

Danny Amendola had 9-of-12 targets for 117 yards before exiting in the third quarter of Monday nights victory over the Bills.

Fantasy Impact: Amendola was seamlessly sliding right into the Edelman role for the Patriots before he exited with a knee injury. The Patriots will cross their fingers that Amendola injury is nothing serious. Amendola was making the tough catches over the middle for the Patriots on Monday night while getting nice separation at the line of scrimmage. The play that will haunt fantasy owners was a play in the first half that saw Amendola break what looks like could have been a huge touchdown play but an inadvertent whistle from a referee halted the would be big play. If healthy look for Amendola to continue to be the receiver Brady leans on in this offense with Edelman out.

If he can go, Amendola still remains a nice play, even against the Broncos defense.

Should be quite active out of the slot so I doubt Broncos shut him down or anything

Stacking is a common but important strategy in building DFS lineups, specifically for GPPs (guaranteed prize pools). These major tournaments, like the weekly Millionaire Maker on DraftKings, can have hundreds of thousands of entries, so the idea goes like this: pair a quarterback with a receiver, and if the two connect for 100-plus yards and multiple touchdowns,... With each passing week of the NFL season, the waiver wire options are going to get thinner and thinner. Pickups become more of the handcuff variety as most people who are going to break out or get a chance to break out, have done so. Injuries really are the biggest source of pickups. It becomes... We've been conditioned to expect less-than-stellar games on Thursday nights, but this week's match-up is loaded with promise. New England enters the week averaging 410.8 total yards per game, plus the Pats currently lead the NFL in scoring (35.5 PPG) by a wide margin. Miami, of course, was reborn during its bye, when Dan Campbell replaced Joe Philbin as head coach. The Dolphins have gained 937 yar...
