Running back Daryl Richardson 'showed a nice outside burst' on Wednesday and has a chance to make the cut, according to ESPN's Jets beat reporter Rich Cimini. Richardson was a late offseason pickup for New York after being waived by the Rams. (Source: ESPN)
Fantasy Impact: The only conceivable way in which Daryl Richardson will be worth drafting at this point will be if either Chris Johnson or Chris Ivory go down with an injury, and Richardson becomes the clear favourite to beat Bilal Powell as the Jets' third-string running back. If that scenario doesn't arise, then it will be a struggle for Richardson to make any fantasy impact at all. The only way he may see playing time otherwise is on special teams, or the odd carry in garbage time.
