Greg Zurlein hit just one of his three field goal attempts Sunday, missing badly from 28 and 38 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Zurlein also missed an extra point in the first quarter. He looked awful, but his mistakes did not ultimately cost the Rams the game, so he is likely off the hot seat for now, Coach Jeff Fisher has shown supreme confidence in Zurlein during his short career. The Rams offense tends to stall, giving him a good amount of field goal opportunities but very few extra points. Expect more of the same against the Cardinals in Week 15.
Greg Zurlein converted all five of his field goal attempts and added an extra point on Sunday, propelling the Rams to a 22-7 victory over the Broncos.
Fantasy Impact: Zuerlein hit field goals from 37, 29, 22, 55, and 53 yards. The young kicker was called on early and often as the Rams were unable to convert in the red zone all day. Zuerlein has a ton of talent, but the Rams simply don't score enough to make him valuable on a regular basis in fantasy leagues.
Greg Zuerlein missed a 46 yard field goal, as well as a 59 yard attempt to that would have won the game for the Rams. (Source: NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact: After some awful time management and a penalty from the offense, Zuerlein was asked to kick a 59 yard field goal. He missed to the left, which he also did on a 46 yard attempt earlier in the game. Still one of the best legs in the game, Zuerlein still has the capacity to hit field goals from anywhere on the field, despite missing a reasonable one tonight. Draft him with confidence.
