Baltimore Ravens placekicker Justin Tucker is not worried about the new NFL rule change to move the extra point from the two-yard line to the 15-yard line. The NFL owners wanted the rule change to spice up an otherwise boring extra point kick. (Source: Baltimore Ravens )

Fantasy Impact: Tucker has a 89.8% field goal success rate and is 31/32 from the 30-39 yard line. This rule change will not effect his accuracy. He is injury-free and is expected to have another good season, maybe even record-breaking. He has proven to have the strongest legs in the NFL by kicking a 61-yard field goal.

Fantasy Impact: Tucker has become one of the NFL's most accurate kickers and has proven his worthiness for a big payday. His career accuracy rate is 89.8%. As reported in an article from Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun, the Ravens could assign Tucker as a first-round tender of $3.113 million or a second-round tender of $2.187 million to deter other teams from trying to go after him. This third year veteran out of Texas, who is just 25-years old, is just getting started. Last year he remained on of the top five kickers for fantasy points.
