Stedman Bailey eyeing a comeback to the playing field

Los Angeles Rams WR Stedman Bailey (head) is eyeing a comeback to the playing field as he is still recovering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head stemming from an incident from last November. "Physically, I'm able to run out here just like all the guys, catch balls. Everything feels good," Bailey told the media. "I just kind of took some time off, but I was able to bounce back and recover very well. I definitely feel like I have a chance to step back on the field and be able to continue playing football."

Bailey's recent performances have bordered on invisible and this suspension will not help his cause for getting additional reps once he finds the field.Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt should get increased looks without Bailey in the lineup. This certainly didn't come as a shock to the Rams who were working out the likes of Wes Welker, Hakeem Nicks, and Vincent Brown on Monday.
