Fantasy Team Advice
Plenty to love about Aaron Rodgers and the Packers this season. They feature elite options at QB, RB and WR, and plan to play as fast as any team in the league. Yep.. We are targeting the younger and more elusive Rodgers AHEAD of Peyton Manning in 2014
Rivers enjoyed a bounceback 2013 courtesy of Mike McCoy. Expect similar numbers this season as the Chargers return the majority of their key players from a year ago

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Rodgers will enter 2014 completely recovered from a broken collarbone and a healthy WR duo in Jordy Nelson (contract year) and Randall Cobb (contract year - fully recovered). Jarrett Boykin, 6’2 – 220 will replace James Jones as the WR3. The Packers want to run 75 plays per game this season (Denver ran a league leading 72.1 in 2013) which isn’t very realistic, however it suggests the type of Tempo and Offense the Packers want in 2014. Rodgers is elite and will continue to dominate in 2014. This is a no-brainer here. Drafting Rodgers is a worry-free position week-after-week and one that fantasy owners will reap rewards with. Oh, by the way, their schedule is fairly easy, especially taking on ATL, @BUF, @TB in the Fantasy Playoffs.
Rivers was named the 2013 Comeback Player of the Year last season as he shocked the world in the process. An area of concern for future Rivers owners is that HC – Mike McCoy transitioned the offense from a quick-hitting passing attack to a more heavy run offense, as Rivers only threw for 30+ Passing Attempts only once in the final six games of the season. Even though Rivers finished as a top-line fantasy quarterback in 2013, we feel that there are 13 other trustworthy options out there to roll with who can lead you to a championship.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
First time in 6 years that Rodgers did not have at least 2+ rushing TDs. No rushing TDs in 2013. Look for Rodgers to return to rushing for 2-5 rushing TDs in 2014. Played in only 9 games last year due to a left collarbone injury. Took up yoga in the off season and lost 11 pounds. Look for him to bounce back, and if he can stay healthy he could end up as the #1 fantasy QB this season.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Rodgers was the 22nd ranked fantasy quarterback, thanks to playing only half of a season. Reports are that he is in terrific shape and the Packers want to play a fast paced offense that runs 75 plays per game. That should help Rodgers and RB Eddie Lacy both have monster seasons.
Rivers had a bounce back year in 2013, but toward the end of the season, the Chargers turned into a run oriented team that did not pass as much. I think Rivers has a strong year in 2014, but I think a run oriented offense will keep him at the back of the Top 10. The Chargers clearly intend to be a running team with the addition of RB Donald Brown to an already crowded backfield.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Health has been Rodgers' problem of late, his and his receivers. If Cobb, Nelson and Boykin were to stay healthy all season his upside is way upside.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
Last year's broken left collarbone isn't a factor heading into 2014.
Underrated QB1 potential typically going in the 9-10th round.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Of the "Big Three" QBs, he's the only one in his prime.
Has thrown for 4,000+ yards in 5 of last 6 years with solid TD totals.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
A-Rod is without a doubt a top-three fantasy passer. He just needs to not bust his collarbone up again.
Rivers revived his career in a new system last year. Expect more of the same from him in 2014.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Like with Peyton Manning, you can win a league having a 40-45TD QB. The "you can't draft a QB in the first round" is no longer true.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Rodgers is safe to put up 4,000+ yards and 30+ TDs. Nothing wrong with taking a safe QB.
People are still thinking about 2012, but last year he did put up over 4,000 yards and over 30 TDs. You have to love those numbers from a fantasy perspective.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
The top-tier for fantasy football quarterbacks is a three-headed monster that includes Rodgers along with Peyton Manning and Drew Brees. Due to health factors and inconsistency at times, Rodgers still falls short compared to the other two heading into 2014, but has the talent to rank as #1 when all is said and done.
Rivers has bounced back and once again become one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL. He is a pretty competent fantasy football gunslinger as well.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
Finished outside top 25 among fantasy QBs in W1, but most do when facing SEA; Bank on a rebound vs. NYJ in W2
