Jeffery is clearly gifted but does not draw as many targets from Cutler. He still will put up amazing weeks and is a game changer on any fantasy team.
He will have no problem going over 1,000 yards and hopefully we see more TD's this year. He has great upside and is a safe selection.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
Slight hammy tweak in W1, but picked up a worthy 71 yards thru 3 quarters before his exit
Just 4/36 vs CAR in W1 as new QB McCown struggled. If issues persist in W2 vs. STL pass D that made MIN look good, then be concerned

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Emerged as one of the top receivers in the game and will only continue to get better.
Should be more consistent with Josh McCown at the helm

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Jeffery had a breakout season, finishing with 89 receptions for 1,421 yards and seven receiving touchdowns. He should be poised for another big season playing opposite Marshall.
He was sabotaged by QB Josh Freeman early in the season and rookie QB Mike Glennon's growing pains after that, but he still finished with 78 receptions for 1,224 yards and seven touchdowns. He is not likely to obtain WR1 value in Lovie Smith's more conservative offense, but he is a safe WR2.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
The QB Whisperer Marc Trestman is now in his second season with Chicago and his first was an offensive success to say the least. Jeffery and Marshall should continue to benefit from the Trestman offense.
He's the main man in Tampa and will get a large percentage of the receiving production. I think Josh McCown can get him a deep pass or two a game off of play action in what should be a running offense.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
In his sophomore NFL season, Jeffery put up 89 receptions for 1,421 yards and 7 touchdowns across from WR Brandon Marshall. Of Jeffery's 7 total touchdowns, only 3 were from Bears starting QB Jay Cutler with his other 4 coming from Buccaneers new QB Josh McCown.
Buccaneers new quarterback Josh McCown, had great success in 2013 with the Bears when he stepped in for the injured Jay Cutler in part because of his receiving corps with Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. Now, this doesn’t elevate McCown to a starting Fantasy quarterback, but it definitely helps his outlook. Jackson will remain a solid No. 2 Fantasy receiver, and rookie wide receiver Mike Evans has plenty of sleeper appeal with a late-round pick in seasonal leagues. Jackson has produced 1,100-plus yards each of his last 3 seasons along with recording 60-plus receptions and at least 7 touchdowns per season in each of his last 3 years.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
89 catches for 1,421 yards and 7 TDs his sophomore year. Wow.
Averaging 10.3 F.P.P.G. over the last three years.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Read Brandon Marshall‘s description above. To add to this, under Cutler (excluding Jeffery’s Week 5 218 yard performance) Jeffery only caught 3 TD’s while averaging 64.4 yards per game with Cutler as his QB. With another year under his belt in Marc Trestman’s Offense the talented Jeffery is in line for another 1000+ yards season while stealing the majority of TDs away from Brandon Marshall. Expect very similar numbers between the two teammates.
Is Josh McCown really an upgrade over Glennon? Sure he prospered in Trestman’s pass happy offense on a team full of playmakers, but the Tampa Bay Offense is a different story. New Coach Lovie Smith is a run first coach with a brand new NFL Offensive Coordinator, Jeff Tedford; it’s unlikely he’ll give the entire reign to Tedford in his first NFL season. One thing to note: TB plays in the NFC South which is composed of a very good Carolina Run D, very questionable Atlanta Pass D and the New Orleans Saints. It’s safe to say they’ll be avoiding the “Heavy Run” offense in these games, which is a good thing for Jackson. Tampa Bay also added WR Mike Evans, TE Austin Serafian-Jenkins and now have Doug Martin fully healthy. The Bucs won’t be relying nearly as much on Jackson this year as they did in 2013.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Precocious young talent. Lone drawback: Cutler and Marshall are besties.
Collection of minor concerns (age, QB, system) will keep me away this year.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
A lot of his elite production actually came with McCown, so it will be interesting to see him with Cutler doing the work but he's a borderline top-10 guys thanks to his big-play ability.
V-Jax is ridiculous and now he has a competent QB. Should be awesome again this year.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Marshall is still the No. 1 in CHI, but Alshon can pull in 1,100 and 10 no matter what. He is an elite WR in the making and we're going to see him sniff all kinds of fantasy WR1 type upside as he plays as someone's high-end fantasy WR2.
He should have one big year left as he nears that age of decline for WRs.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
Breakout season with 7 TDs and 88.8 yards per game. Five 100+ yard receiving games. Jeffery will continue to take the next step in being a WR1 in 2014. I am projecting over 10+ TDs and over 1,500 receiving yards this season. I predict he has a better season than teammate Brandon Marshall.
