3 rushing TDs and 1 receiving TD in his rookie season. Starting to grow on me and I would be happy to have him as my RB2 this season.

Legion Report
HC Bruce Arians has shouted his plans for Ellington from the rooftops. Some of the terms used by Arians were workhouse, feature back, 25-30 touches per game, etc. In 2013, the Cardinals averaged 20.0 PPG in Weeks 1-8 before jumping the offensive assault to 27.3 PPG in Weeks 9-17. The offensive trend is relative to the entire team becoming more comfortable with Ariansí approach and we expect the production to carry into 2014. Expect Ellington to be heavily involved in both the passing attack and running game for the Cardinals this season. 25-30 touches per game is a bit advantageous and we donít expect him to be there. However, the 275-300 touch mark on the season isnít completely out of line for Ellington. In PPR Leagues, Ellington will be a stud. In other leagues, we consider him a solid RB2.
Browns.comís Vic Carucci considers Ben Tate ďat least a slight favoriteĒ at RB, but expects third-round pick Terrance West to pose serious competition. Ben Tate was recently quoted saying, ďIím not worried about that because I know when Iím on my game, thereís no one that can really touch me or thatís close to what I do.Ē Tate has had a colorful injury history that make many hesitant including us. Cleveland will employ a heavy rushing attack in 2014 and Terrance West will pose as a serious threat to Tate. If you decide to draft Tate, surround yourself with the handcuff and additional backs to support this pick. Regardless, Cleveland will be implementing a heavy rushing attack. The Browns play 8 teams that ranked in the bottom half against the run in 2013.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
I keep moving him up; his floor is higher than that of several other RBs on this tier.
Yes, injury-prone, but fits Browns' new scheme perfectly and will get good blocking.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Ellington showed a ton of potential in his rookie season, finishing with 1,023 career carries and four touchdowns. Ellington should be poised to claim the starting job in 2014 with veteran RB Rashard Mendenhall retiring from the NFL.
The worst kept secret in free agency was Tate ending up in Cleveland. Tate tallied only 771 yards and four touchdowns last year, but the Browns are in desperate need of a starting running back. He is a monster upgrade over the backs they started there last year. Keep an eye on third-round pick, RB Terrance West. He could eat into Tate's carries.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Ellington is the lead back in a pass first offense, but he's also a very capable pass catcher. He won't be pushing the pile over from one-yard out, but he will have plenty of looks in space and his ability puts his upside out of sight.
There's been much hype for Terrence West and Isaiah Crowell, but Tate is still the lead back and as long as he's healthy should remain. Running QBs help running backs, so if Manziel wins the job I like Tate to be helped by him.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Andre Ellington should get all of the work he can handle after impressing everyone with his 5.5 yards per carry and 39 receptions on limited snaps.
Ben Tate when healthy has RB1 skills but as has become the case with other talented yet oft injured running backs he gets knocked down a couple of tiers until he can prove he can handle 250 plus touches; he also has ideal schematic fit Terrance West and fellow rookie Isaiah Crowell to contend with for snaps and may see himself Arian Fosteríd once again.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Now that Rashard Mendenhall is retiring, that leaves the electric Ellington to hopefully take the reigns as the starter. He probably won't get more than 60% of the work but that will be plenty for him to have some really nice games.
Ben Tate is now a Cleveland Brown. But I'm not sure if this hurts or helps him. In Houston he had a great system and knew how to run with it. In Cleveland he has to deal with... well... Cleveland. Not to bash the fans, who are some of the most die-hard, but that entire team struggles. Tate has a chance to prove himself just don't bit on him early.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
AZ says he'll get 25-30 touches per game. That's laughable, but he's in for a monster load.
There is real upside here, but Tate has an injury history and there's actually some fine talent behind him.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Here is your breakout RB5 if there is one that ranks outside of the top 25 overall fantasy players. Yes, he has that kind of ceiling! Just don't reach for him, as risk is built into the investment if you draft him near his ADP (which is steal territory, and often outside of 30 overall).
Health is the only concern. He competed against Arian Foster in practice every day in HOU, competition isn't scaring him off. Health is his only battle.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Ellington has awesome upside and has PPR upside as well. He could potentially become the lead back in Arizona and be drafted very late in many leagues this year.
Tate will lose carries to West so if you do draft Tate you have to target West as a backup as Tate has been known to be injured.

Matthew Hill
Fantasy Team Advice
The Cardinals seem committed to getting the ball into Ellington's hands. If Ellington averages 20 touches per game and comes close to his gaudy 2013 yards-per-carry average of 5.5, he would offer top-ten upside at a reasonable ADP.
