The Colts are heading towards running a 2 TE offense with a west coast scheme. At least those 2 TEs would be Top 15 options if they were on separate teams, but West Coast in todays NFL does not work in Fantasy. Rich Gannon/Donovan McNabb/Brad Johnson were probably the best West Coast QBs of the early 2000s. Those 3400 Yards 27 TDs is not good anymore in todays down field bomb offenses.
Colin is Jamie Fox from Any Given Sunday. Nobody really likes him, but they all know he can dominate the game. With the #1 Selling 2013 NFL Jersey, the controversy over the Dolphins hat, to winning an Espy for best breakthrough athlete. He knows his time is now to win that Superbowl.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Raiders ranked just 23rd against fantasy quarterbacks last year and Luck is leading one of the most exciting offenses in the NFL.
I do not think it will be possible for Kaepernick to duplicate the masterpiece he had in the Divisional Round when the 49ers gained 579 yards of offense against the Packers and not having Michael Crabtree will hurt, but the 49ers seem to have the Packers number and I expect Kaepernick to play well.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
With Bruce Arians gone, its unlikely that Luck will lead the league in passing attempts when throwing past the 20 yard mark. After having a year under his belt, Luck will be a more polished and efficient passer.
Like Cam Newton, we love the ability for the big runs and the rushing TDs. With the loss of Crabtree and lack of consistency at WR, we feel that Harbaugh will stick to the run game this season. Kaepernick is still a strong option at QB and I would be confident drafting him to any fantasy squad.

Luck vs. the Raiders at home, yes please.

Taylor Smith
NFL Soup
The Colts look to have more of a West Coast offense type thing going on here with Luck's college coordinator now in the mix, which should help to limit his interception totals.
He'll be missing his favorite weapon with Michael Crabtree sidelined indefinitely, but Kaep's combination of a cannon arm and insane speed make him a can't-miss fantasy prospect. It wouldn't be all that surprising to see him wind up as the highest-scoring player in fantasy this season. Then again, he doesn't have the longest body of work behind him, either.

Oakland could be the worst team in the league.
Probably won't rush for 180 yards again, but he's too talented for GB.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
Oakland gave up the 7th most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 19.5.
Green Bay gave up the 19th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 16.4.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Raiders are awful so it'd be a shock if Luck was anything short of amazing at home in week 1.
Packers still aren't good enough on D and Kap is comfy at home.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Luck missed much of his rookie year's off season work due to school and quickly had to learn a high risk/reward offense and it showed in his numbers, especially interceptions and completion percentage. Now with his old Stanford offense in place and a season under his belt we will see an even better, more efficient player. The Raiders have little in the way of defense and Luck will pick them apart. My only concern is him sitting in the 4th quarter.
In the Divisional playoffs last season the Packers weren't ready for Kaepernick's read option and he completely destroyed them, rushing 16 times for 181 yards and two touchdowns while also passing for 263 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. They should be more prepared for it this time, but you would have thought they would have been prepared in a playoff game as well.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Should be a QB1 for the next decade
Should take major strides with additions of Boldin, Patton, Collie

Luck looks to have a pretty tough schedule as of now with Oakland being the only opponent ranking in the bottom 10 against QB's.
