We have to see over 30+ TDs to consider Luck elite. Reggie Wayne returns and we should finally see Luck break over 30 TDs.
He will bounce back in 2014 with over 4,000 yards and 30+ TDs

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
I think the perception around fantasy circles was that Andrew Luck had a disappointing season, he actually finished fourth among fantasy quarterbacks and I think he could have a breakout season in his third year against the easiest schedule in the NFL based on last year's record. The biggest concern is whether offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton will do a better job of calling the game to allow Luck to have monster games more consistently.
Brady's young targets will be a year older, which should help him improve on his 13th ranked fantasy season. TE Rob Gronkowski staying healthy would be huge for Brady.

KJ
Fantasy Team Advice
If Luck could partner up with a head coach like Sean Peyton, he would be a top 3 fantasy QB. As it is, the Colts love to run the ball, and don't look to put up big numbers, meaning you shouldn't reach too early for Luck on draft day
Time to start facing facts. Brady is 37 years old and is no longer an elite QB1. The Patriots are adjusting their offense, and you should adjust your expectations accordingly

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
O.C Pep Hamilton's obsession with his much weaker ground attack is a little concerning.
At age 37, his accuracy is in decline, but he should benefit from a pass-friendly schedule.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
The ascent continues. It won't be long before he's on the top tier.
Lack of pass-catching quality hurt him last year; needs a healthy Gronk.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Luck was awesome last year, even without Reggie Wayne and despite bad play-calling. Imagine what he can do with Wayne and more passes.
Brady was solid last year even despite the season from hell. Better health around him could elevate him back to the top 5.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
This is the next tier according to fantasy football standards and one where you lose the monstrous numbers of the “Big 4?. With another year of development under his belt, Luck continues to grow as an offensive mastermind. OC Pep “Stubborn” Hamilton and his run-first attack kept Luck from over-performing last season. Enter Rob Chudzinski “personal assistant to the Head Coach.” Pagano hired Chud in hopes to influence less of a run game in the Indi offense, as well as his outstanding QB production. Lets not forget Chud is an aggressive aerial attack type of commander who groomed a Pro Bowl berth out of Derek Anderson in Cleveland and a massive record setting rookie year with Cam Newton in Carolina. With the addition of Hackeem Nicks and a healthy Dwayne Allen, Luck’s 2014 Fantasy Potential is mammoth. Luck has averaged 598 Passing Attempts per season and is a generational talent, just not quite in the Tier 1 category on a fantasy football perspective, yet. We said YET!
The 7 weeks Gronkowski played last season, Tom Brady averaged 315 yards nearly 2 TD’s per game. When Gronk wasn’t playing he averaged 237 passing yards with 1 Td a game. It’s safe to Brady’s production directly correlates with Gronkowski’s health and availability. This season New England brings back a healthy Gronk, a healthy Vereen and a healthy sophmore receiver Kenbrell Thompkins. Vereen will the feature back while also being very active in the passing game. Edelman and Thompkins as a 1-2 punch with Gronk at TE should label Tom Brady as a value pick.

will be a beast if Gronk is healthy

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Pep Hamilton doesn't like your fake football team and would rather run the ball than let his top QB throw it, but the Colts defense might not be on board with that plan. I think Luck will have to air it out more than Pep would like.
Brady should have a healthy Rob Gronkowski and Shane Vereen this season and hopefully a more seasoned Kenbrell Thompkins and Aaron Dobson (if his foot will heal). We've also heard good things from Danny Amendola even though we can't expect him to stay healthy. But all in all I believe Brady is poised for a very good season.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Hakeem Nicks was added to an already solid receiving group giving the young quarterback a full-stable of capable hands. While Luck didn't have the greatest of statistical seasons last year, putting up a total of 4,300+ yards and 27 touchdowns, he did cut his interceptions in half and will be leaned on heavier this season to carry the Colts' offense. He did end up with a negative -0.125 FFLockerRoom True Proficiency Game Average last year, but his consistency should continue to head north. http://fflockerroom.com/2014/07/25/2014-fantasy-football-draft-preparation-quarterback-proficiency/
Brady has Rob Gronkowski back, but will the return of his favorite target negate the slide that Brady endured in 2013? Brady is nearing 40 and his receiving options aren't what they used to be. Plus the Patriots are geared towards a balanced offense for 2014. Brady should produce as a QB1 in most weeks, but he isn't near what he used to be.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR

Enjoy the discount on Brady after a down year. Of course, all looks rosy in the offseason but with a healthy group of pass catchers and an extra year in the system for some of the young guys he should produce big numbers again.

Bumped ahead of Foles. Passing volume on a weekly basis will be there to propel him ahead.

Super underrated this year, as he still has the ability to be a top 3-4 fantasy QB.

Barely made top 20 fantasy QBs in W1 despite 56 passes. W/ O line looking shaky, really needs Gronk playing full snaps ASAP
