Wilson's upside is a bit capped with Seattle's solid ground game. 2014 is the first year that he can potentially put up over 30 TD's so you have to love his upside.
Don't sleep on Andy's upside. He will put up 4,000 yards and 30+ TD's. His turnovers hurt, but his upside is still always present.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Wilson is extremely under ranked in terms of fantasy value this year. Wilson was the ninth ranked fantasy quarterback in 2012 and the eighth ranked fantasy quarterback in 2013. He is only entering his third season and should have a healthy WR Percy Harvin this year. I think he is easily a Top 10 fantasy quarterback with his solid touchdown totals, low turnovers and strong rushing statistics.
Dalton has gone from the 18th ranked fantasy quarterback as a rookie, to 12th in his second year to sixth last year. I am not a fan of him as a franchise quarterback, but it is hard to see a scenario where he is not a productive fantasy quarterback. I think the loss of Jay Gruden will hurt his overall numbers, as will the Marvin Jones injury.

Fantasy Team Advice

Bengals will likely be going with a power-run offense this year, meaning Dalton will scale back his pass attempts and yards drastically. Arrow pointing straight down here

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
Outstanding August reminds us he was the 8th best QB in '13 despite run first team.
Pass-happy Gruden is out, run-heavy OC Jackson is in.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Even a slight uptick in passing volume could make him a solid QB1.
His numbers are bound to fall off in a more conservative attack.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
While Wilson is not a sexy name, he is one of the best at what he does and that is time management. The Seahawks have a great running attack and tough defense so Wilson will never be relied on too much to carry their team, but rather he will be expected not to lose it. That isn't exactly what you want when it comes to quarterbacks to lead your fantasy team into a championship game. He is a solid QB2 but nothing more.
The talent is there as Dalton had 10 20+ fantasy point weeks in 2013 to go along with a positive 0.437 FFLockerRoom True Proficiency Game Average. http://fflockerroom.com/2014/07/25/2014-fantasy-football-draft-preparation-quarterback-proficiency/. The problem is that Hue Jackson wants to turn the Bengals into a rush-first offense. How much will that affect Dalton and the Cincinnati passing game? Enough to have us bring his fantasy value down to a QB2 in deeper fantasy leagues.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Pete Carroll confirmed recently that the Seahawks will remain committed to the run in 2014. In the past two seasons, Wilson tallied 393 Pass Attempts (32nd in the NFL) and 407 Pass Attempts (31st in the NFL) and will probably hover around the 400 mark once again in 2014. Both the running game and defense are so strong that the Seattle Offense doesn’t call for a potent aerial attack. Wilson is as solid as they come and should be considered a stable option in 2014, but not one to topple other fantasy opponents.
Previous OC Jay Gruden allowed Andy Dalton to toss 586 passes last season (The Red Rifle averaged 543 Passing Attempts over the past 3 Seasons). New OC Hue Jackson is dedicated to the ground game and the philosophy will be adapted in 2014. Cincinasty will see less pass and more of a ground game in 2014 as Bengals.com have been quoted saying that Dalton will be reduced in passing attempts somewhere near Russell Wilson‘s number of 407.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Seattle scored on 11/13 Wilson drives this preseason. The scheme keeps him from being truly fantasy relevant, but his already strong game is continuing to develop.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Wilson is rock solid but it appears he's hit his ceiling in Seattle's offense as it is now constructed. It doesn't help that his top two WRs never are healthy, either.
Dalton lost his offensive coordinator and probably maxed out in 2013. Could he be headed for a slight regression? Logic says it's likely.

2MugsFF
Has looked fantastic in the preseason. This bump (from 18) is warranted.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
If Seattle's defense wasn't so good I think Wilson would be much higher than this, but as it is he doesn't need to put up big numbers very often. Seattle loves running the ball and playing defense. Wilson's upside at the moment is in his scrambling ability, but once again, if Seattle has a lead they aren't pushing Wilson to run much in fear of him getting injured.

Expect regression with Hue Jackson going more run heavy
