Antonio Brown's consistency from a weekly perspective is amazing. He is a PPR machine and should be strongly considered in all formats.
Jeffery is clearly gifted but does not draw as many targets from Cutler. He still will put up amazing weeks and is a game changer on any fantasy team.

Addison Witt
Fantasy Team Advice
Quietly finished as the 6th best fantasy wideout last season. The Steelers are supposedly playing more up-tempo this season, which will lead to more opportunities for Brown. He has top 3 WR potential in PPR leagues. Brown recorded at least five receptions in every game last season, and there is no reason to believe he can't replicate that again this year.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Brown was fantastic last year, finishing with 110 receptions, 1,499 yards and eight receiving touchdowns. He has emerged as the top target in the Steelers passing game. He should be poised for another monster season.
Jeffery had a breakout season, finishing with 89 receptions for 1,421 yards and seven receiving touchdowns. He should be poised for another big season playing opposite Marshall.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
116 yards in W1, inc. a TD that was a thing of beauty. Only qualm was 6 targets, but CLE DBs tougher than most so no worries
Slight hammy tweak in W1, but picked up a worthy 71 yards thru 3 quarters before his exit

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Brown is a PPR beast last year, but still ranked as the 6th best fantasy receiver in non-ppr last year. Hopefully Markus Wheaton will take a little defensive heat off him, but either way Brown should once again be the target king in Pittsburgh.
The QB Whisperer Marc Trestman is now in his second season with Chicago and his first was an offensive success to say the least. Jeffery and Marshall should continue to benefit from the Trestman offense.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Brown becomes the first player in league history to post at least 5 catches for 50-plus yards in all 16 games. His 1,499 receiving yards put him 2nd amongst all receivers behind only Browns WR Josh Gordon. The former punt returner ranked 2nd in the NFL in catches (101) and receiving yards (1,499), scoring 8 touchdowns.
In his sophomore NFL season, Jeffery put up 89 receptions for 1,421 yards and 7 touchdowns across from WR Brandon Marshall. Of Jeffery's 7 total touchdowns, only 3 were from Bears starting QB Jay Cutler with his other 4 coming from Buccaneers new QB Josh McCown.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
PPR monster was second in the N.F.L. in catches (101) and receiving yards (1,499) in 2013.
89 catches for 1,421 yards and 7 TDs his sophomore year. Wow.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Todd Haley and Ben Roethlisberger look to incorporate another year of the Hurry-Up-Offense in Pittsburgh. OC Haley says “This is the most excited I’ve ever been about any offense,” about the 2014 Steelers. The talent is there; we’re expecting heavy offensive stats from Pittsburgh in 2014. A year of experience under this Quick Passing Scheme will definitely help the 26 year old receiver to lead the league in receptions (finished 2nd in 2013.) Defenses will stay balanced this season with the emergence of a true RB, Le’Veon Bell – something Pittsburgh has recently lacked. Brown leads a completely new set of WR’s for the Pittsburgh Offense in WR2 Markus Wheaton and WR3 Lance Moore. Look for Big Ben to hit his favorite target very often in 2014.
Read Brandon Marshall‘s description above. To add to this, under Cutler (excluding Jeffery’s Week 5 218 yard performance) Jeffery only caught 3 TD’s while averaging 64.4 yards per game with Cutler as his QB. With another year under his belt in Marc Trestman’s Offense the talented Jeffery is in line for another 1000+ yards season while stealing the majority of TDs away from Brandon Marshall. Expect very similar numbers between the two teammates.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Not a prolific TD scorer, but safe bet for big reception and yardage totals.
Precocious young talent. Lone drawback: Cutler and Marshall are besties.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Turned in a stud year as the #1 guy. Nothing changing there.
A lot of his elite production actually came with McCown, so it will be interesting to see him with Cutler doing the work but he's a borderline top-10 guys thanks to his big-play ability.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
Finished 2nd in both receptions (110) and receiving yards (1,499). Had 8 rec TDs and 1 punt return. Brown should continue to produce at a high level, but I'd like to see him get more passing TDs this season. That is what keeps him from elite status
Breakout season with 7 TDs and 88.8 yards per game. Five 100+ yard receiving games. Jeffery will continue to take the next step in being a WR1 in 2014. I am projecting over 10+ TDs and over 1,500 receiving yards this season. I predict he has a better season than teammate Brandon Marshall.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Fantasy owners should invest with some caution. I only say some not because I predict a bust type year, just to ensure that some regression is built into the investment. There is nothing wrong with ranking Brown where we have him here, it's still very respectable. It's safe, though.
Marshall is still the No. 1 in CHI, but Alshon can pull in 1,100 and 10 no matter what. He is an elite WR in the making and we're going to see him sniff all kinds of fantasy WR1 type upside as he plays as someone's high-end fantasy WR2.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
The Steelers will run a bit more in 2014 capping upside at WR2 level
Emerged as one of the top receivers in the game and will only continue to get better.
