He destroyed the Eagles week 11 a year ago: 200 yards and 4 TDs passing and 84 yards on the ground.
Jeff Boggis

Philadelphia gave up the 2nd most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 21.6.BENCH - St. Louis gave up the 12th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 16.0.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
RG3 could be cautious in his first game back, or this could be an explosive shootout. I'll bank on the latter.I'm banking on Palmer having to throw a lot in this one, so he should be serviceable.
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
QB2 and RB2 combined when healthy equals an elite fantasy optionPalmer goes to the desert to play with the best receiver he has ever played with; will have multiple QB1 weeks
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
RGIII has a dream matchup against an Eagles D that has looked worse in this preseason than they did last season, which is saying something, seeing they ranked just 27th against fantasy quarterbacks last year.
Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Perhaps a bit too harsh on Griffin here, but, in first week back after seeing no action in preseason/expressing sincere over-eagerness to get back on the field we should expect to see an uneven effort.
Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
I think Washington will give Morris a chance to dominate this game to ease RGIII back in, but it's hard to sit him against such a poor pass defense. The Eagles led the league in touchdowns given up through the air. In week 11 he threw for 4 against them last season. I'd really need a top backup to sit him.Palmer's inability to move, his offensive line, the Rams pass rush and good cornerbacks are a bad combination. This will be an extreme test for the Cardinals to see if they can hold off the pass rush enough to make plays down field with their top line receiving group. I am rooting for Larry Fitzgerald and he will get his as long as Palmer doesn't get injured, but overall this isn't the game you want to see if Palmer is worth starting in deeper leagues or daily.

NFL Soup
From everything we've heard thus far, there's no reason to expect RGIII won't be ready to roll by opening day. If he is completely healthy, he's a very good fantasy starter. Will the Redskins limit his running opportunities in light of the ACL injury? We'll see.Palmer put up solid numbers last season while toiling away in Oakland, and that was without any truly viable receiving weapons. Now, he's got Larry Fitzgerald at his disposal, as well as former first-round pick Michael Floyd. He'll still throw picks on you, but he's a solid backup/bye week savior.
Jordan Tozzi
Legion Report
Being ranked 9th on our list is simply due to his January 9th ACL tear. Analysts have harped all off-season that Griffin needs to eliminate unnecessary hits when scrambling for extra yardage. His success will be determined by his health and ability to stay on the field. If Adrian Peterson showed us anything last season, it was that coming off major knee surgery and succeeding is definitely possible.
Muntradamus
Beast Dome
RG3 is ahead of schedule with his knee. It is too early to say Adrian Peterson, but everyone believes it is exactly that. He has not lost a step, which means he will still be a running threat. That game against SF late in the season will be one to watch. Look for the Redskins to get Alfred Morris the ball more than ever. For the first time since Kurt Warner, the Cardinals have a QB that can actually throw the ball. Larry Fitzgerald is going to love having Palmer who is not afraid to throw the deep ball. Even if it's in triple coverage, off his backfoot, in the 4th quarter. Palmer will have nice games as this Cardinals WR core is underrated, but he will also have those horrible ones.
