The Bills are going to need Spiller to play a lot and be given the ball a lot to have anywhere close to a chance in this one.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Redskins were the 11th ranked fantasy running back defense last year, but I think McCoy will flourish in Chip Kelly's new offense.
This game could become ugly with Jeff Tuel likely to start at quarterback, but Spiller is their big weapon on offense, he can be involved in the passing game if the score is out of hand and the Bills are not likely to have Tuel throw the ball 60 times. I think Spiller sees enough touches to have a big impact this week.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Redskins are tough against run but Philly leans on ground game. Something has to break.
Bills are starting a rookie undrafted QB so you know Spiller will get his.

Shady will love the Chip Kelly offense that loves to run the ball. Shady has been plagued by horrible offensive line play and Michael Vick fumbling in the Redzone like it was his job in 2012. The Eagles O-Line problems have been fixed by Chip, nothing to worry about, at least for now.
Spiller is the new LeSean McCoy. The only problem is, he plays for the Bills who are led by Kevin Kolb. Ryan Fitzpatrick at least had a respectable arm, Kolb has to make quick throws as he is worried about getting crushed. As much as we all know C.J. can turn on the 70 Yard TD consistently, we also know the Bills are in for a very long season. Fred Jackson should be in the mix as well as he is one of the Captains on that team.

Taylor Smith
NFL Soup
Chip Kelly loves to run the ball, and McCoy should be in for a bounce back year. He'll lose a few carries to Bryce Brown, but McCoy's versatility should have him back to RB1 status, if he's healthy.
Spiller is finally established as "the guy" for the Bills, and he won't be splitting carries with the elderly Fred Jackson anymore. However, there's still a chance Jackson could vulture a few touchdowns.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Last season McCoy touched the ball 43 times against Washington for 234 total yards. Most of those yards came via the pass with 15 receptions for 144 yards. With Chip Kelly now at the helm you can expect even more McCoy.
Last season Spiller barely saw any touches against the Patriots, but did finish the two games against them with 23 touches for 169 yards. The good news this year is he should be in line for that many touches in a single game. I'd much prefer EJ Manuel at QB for Spiller's value though.

Legion Report
New Coach Chip Kelly stated that he will look to emphasize the running game more than former Head Coach Andy Reid. In his 4 seasons at Oregon, Kelly ran the ball 64.1% of the time. Shady has reported to camp in phenomenal shape knowing the constant attack that Kelly’s offense demands. Look for Philly to wear teams down, expanding the field from sideline to sideline. When drafting McCoy, handcuff him with Bryce Brown or Chris Polk – monitor the handcuff situation as pre-season comes to fruition.
New Buffalo Head Coach - Doug Marrone ran the ball 40 times per game at Syracuse. Marrone is looking to carry that same offense into the tundra of Buffalo. If Spiller can manage to carry the entire load for a full season, look for around 300+ carries and 60 receptions. Again, if Spiller can remain healthy – we do not doubt that he could be a Top 3 RB for 2013.
