Tom Brady will get his numbers. 4,000 Yards is automatic, and Danny Amendola is more than capable of being the #1 Option. While Gronk is the #1 option, Amendola will be an amazing #2 in the passing game for Brady. Danny was able to get numbers being the only WR in a Sam Bradford offense, he will definitely get numbers as the sometimes goto option for Brady.
Colston comes with Pros and Cons. The major con on Colston is how many mouths Drew Brees has to feed. The major Pro is Drew Brees has a lot of food to feed. Colston is not the #1 WR on this team, he may even be the #3 option when you consider Jimmy Graham should have a bigger role in 2013, and Lance Moore could arguably be #2 because he does all the quick Yard patterns. Still, Colston will get his plays. Health is always a factor, and having a big talented Saints WR is a good thing.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Bills were 14th against fantasy receivers last year, but that was with CB Stephon Gilmore in the lineup. They are going to have no answers for Amendola in the opener.
The Falcons were ninth against fantasy receivers this year, but I think they could easily drop in that department this year and the Saints offense is always able to move the ball at home against the Falcons.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Buffalo is without their top corner so Amendola could have a rocking debut.
This should be a shootout so Saints' top WR has to be in top-15 for week 1.

Staff Rankings
Fantasy Football Freaks
I think Danny is going to be a big contributor in the Patriots offense this year. Plays the 15th ranked Buffalo Bills pass D.

Staff Rankings
FFLockerRoom
Danny is a high-volume receiver with 153 receptions in his past 28 games. Consider Amendola a low-end No.2/high-end No.3 WR in standard leagues that could approach 100 receptions as Welker's replacement if he can stay healthy, making him a potential No.2 in PPR formats. Look for Amendola to be drafted in Round 5 in the majority of all leagues.
Mr.Consistency when it comes to year-to-year stats. In 2012, posted his 6th season in 7 years including, 4th straight with 1,000-plus yards and at least 7 touchdowns. BUT a closer look at his 2012 numbers might sway your decision as a No.1 WR. Posting 10-plus Fantasy points in just 6 games in 2012. There were 8 weeks where he was held UNDER 80 yards with no touchdowns. He's worth drafting as a high-end No. 2 Fantasy WR in Round 4.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
His possible groin injury is worrisome, but I truly doubt he'll play against a Buffalo team the Patriots should have an easy time with if he's not going to play fully. He is the #1 target for Brady and I should be the top point getter with Gronkowski out.
Colston caught 9 passes and a touchdown last season against the Falcons and should have trouble being a factor this week. His foot issue seems to be manageable and week one is the time it should be most manageable.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Solid WR2 potential in a depleted vertical attack for the Patriots.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Plagued with injuries every year, if Amendola can stay healthy in 2013 envision a Wes Welker type season from Amendola. Production directly correlates with health. If drafting Amendola as your number two option at WR, grab another decent option to back him up.
With head coach Sean Payton back this season, look for the Saints Offense to excel. The Saints Defense is looking bad, again, which is great news for Brees and his Number 1 WR, Colston.
