Williams showed a lot of promise in his rookie season, finishing with 44 receptions for 736 yards and five touchdowns. He made the injury prone, Miles Austin, expendable this off-season.
Douglas looks to have an expanded role in a the Falcons offense with TE Tony Gonzalez retired and no replacement to dominate the middle of the field.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Consider Williams a breakout candidate in 2014 as he is locked in as the WR2 Option in Dallas. Williams will be the Number 3 Option this season behind Dez Bryant and Jason Witten in the pass-heavy offense led by New Offensive Coordinator – Scott Linehan. Williams should be viewed as a strong WR3 for Fantasy Owners and we fully expect him to exceed 1000 Receiving Yards this season in a Dallas Offense that will find themselves in many shootouts.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Moving into #2 spot full time. Def has the speed and skills to crush it. Consistency has been an issue.
No Gonzo should mean more action for Douglas, who excelled in extra playing time last year.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Should explode this season; WR3 option with upside for top-25 numbers
Douglas should push for 100 targets as number three option in passing game

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Former Baylor star will benefit from playing opposite Dez.
Unlikely to repeat last year's numbers, but he's earned a significant role.

Staff Rankings
2MugsFF
He has been pretty invisible this preseason, but this team is still going to chuck the ball a lot. Don't let the quiet preseason stop you from drafting him.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Will need a jump in catch rate (61.1%), but with a full season under him and ahead of Miles Austin (departed) on the depth chart, expect a productive year from Williams who flashed big play ability last year.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Clear WR2 in Dallas; he has proven to be a red-zone target and will outperform his average draft pick.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Williams has the chance for a breakout season in his second year in 2014. Williams will start with Miles Austin now gone, and we saw a glimpse of what Williams could do last season as a rookie with a four-game scoring streak from Week 5-8. For the season, Williams had 44 catches for 736 yards and 5 touchdowns, but he has the potential to produce 65-plus receptions for 1,000-plus yards and at least 7 total touchdowns. We like Williams as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver with upside.
This might be the most important season of Harry Douglas’ career. After posting career highs across the board in 2013, Falcons coach Mike Smith admitted the team will go in a new direction offensively following the retirement of tight end Tony Gonzalez. One of those directions could mean a jump in playing time for Douglas, who saw 71 percent of the snaps in games Julio Jones was healthy for and 93 percent of the snaps once Jones went down for the season. Stunningly, Douglas totaled 1,067 yards last season on 85 catches but had just 3 games with at least 10 Fantasy points.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
Breakout candidate as the clear-cut WR2 in Dallas.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Williams should see plenty of single coverage with Dez Bryant on the other side and this offense will need to average 30 points a game if they want to keep up with what their defense will allow this season.
