Fantasy Football Maniax
Smith was disappointing at times last year, but he still finished as the 20th ranked fantasy receiver with 65 receptions for 1,128 yards and four receiving touchdowns. A more consistent QB Joe Flacco would help Smith be more consistent.
Douglas looks to have an expanded role in a the Falcons offense with TE Tony Gonzalez retired and no replacement to dominate the middle of the field.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
In each of his 3 NFL Seasons, Smith has played all 16 Games. New OC Gary Kubiak will look to use Smith as an Andre Johnson type in 2014, with Steve Smith taking on the Kevin Walter role. It has been talked about within the Ravens Organization that rather being simply a deep threat, Smith will be used in shorter routes and will no doubt see an increase in both Receptions (65 in 2013) and Receiving Yards (1128 in 2013). The Ravens Offense was anemic in 2013 and Torrey Smith’s 4 TDs and only two +100 Yard Games should speak volumes. Smith is also in a contract season which should also propel more success in 2014. Smith has a juicy matchup in Week 15 (Fantasy Playoff Game) at home against a bad JAX pass Defense. Bradley’s Jacksonville Seahawks don’t have Seattle touch just yet.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Matured into a reliable top threat last year. Extra talent around him should only help.
No Gonzo should mean more action for Douglas, who excelled in extra playing time last year.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Poised to finally deliver on his potential and vie for a top-12 finish; had massive target total last year but pedestrian catch rate
Douglas should push for 100 targets as number three option in passing game

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Stats suggest a plateau, but he's still young enough to make a major leap.
Unlikely to repeat last year's numbers, but he's earned a significant role.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
There is no doubt that he will put up 1,000+ yards and nearly double digit TD's in 2014.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Smith is clearly the Ravens’ top receiver, becoming the franchise’s first receiver to top 1,000 yards since Derrick Mason did it in 2009 and the first over 1,100 yards since Qadry Ismail did it in 1999. But even with that accomplishment there are some concerns about his lack of consistency. Despite his potential, Smith was a liability over the past two seasons with 10 games over 10 Fantasy points out of 32. Of more concern is his catch rate, he caught just 45.8 percent of his targets over his last two seasons. Last year he caught the lowest percentage of targets of any receiver with 100 or more passes thrown their way. And he scored 4 touchdowns despite seeing a total of 16 red-zone targets.
This might be the most important season of Harry Douglas’ career. After posting career highs across the board in 2013, Falcons coach Mike Smith admitted the team will go in a new direction offensively following the retirement of tight end Tony Gonzalez. One of those directions could mean a jump in playing time for Douglas, who saw 71 percent of the snaps in games Julio Jones was healthy for and 93 percent of the snaps once Jones went down for the season. Stunningly, Douglas totaled 1,067 yards last season on 85 catches but had just 3 games with at least 10 Fantasy points.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
New OC Kubiak will help break Smith out of his one dimensional/deep threat role.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
I'm not a Joe Flacco fan, but I am a Torrey Smith fan. If Flacco were Rodgers, Smith would be a top-5 receiver, but he's not. But that also means you might be able to get him at a discount and with his ability his upside is still high. And in Kubiak's offense a deep threat is key.
