The Fake Football
In nine games against the Saints Ryan is averaging 280 yards passing and 1.5 touchdowns. last season was a tale of two games with Ryan passing for 411 yards and 3 touchdowns in their week 10 loss to the Saints on the road and then a 165 yard one touchdown performance at home in which they gave it over to the running game and intercepted Brees 5 times. You can't count on Brees doing that again, so Ryan will need to pass.New up tempo offense should increase his attempts and numbers. But he does have a tough test week one against one of the top defenses in the league. The Bengals were second in sacks and sixth best in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. This will be a great time to see just how good Cutler can be this year, but i don't think I want him starting on my team in week 1.
Jordan Tozzi
Legion Report
Ryan had a breakout season in 2012 and we donít expect him to stop there. Ryan is primed with tons of weapons Ė Julio Jones, Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez, Jacquizz Rodgers, Steven Jackson. Look for Ryan to light up the scoreboard again this season and every option in Atlanta to be a viable fantasy play.Cutler has fantasy backup written all over him. If youíve ever seen a Chicago game or even highlights, explaining further is unnecessary. Iím not confident that they have fixed the offensive line or the interception rate of Cutler. His inconsistency worries me and should not be in lineups gunning for championships.
Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Sports Empire
This game is going to be a shootout and both Matt Ryan and Drew Brees are going to have big passing games in week 1. New Orleans gave up the most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 21.7.BENCH - Cincinnati gave up the 6th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 13.5.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Saints defense is atrocious, so all signs point to a huge week 1 for Ryan.Cutler could combust into flames here, but he is at home and new offense could see him thrive.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Saints gave up the most points to fantasy quarterbacks last year and even though they have a new defensive coordinator (Rob Ryan), this team is still going to give up a boatload of points to fantasy QBs and Ryan has all the offensive weapons to have a monster week.
Taylor Smith
NFL Soup
With Roddy White, Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez, there may be no passer in the league with more dangerous weapons than Matt Ryan. The addition of Steven Jackson should also add a pass-catching-out-of-the-backfield aspect that wasn't there with Michael Turner back there.New head coach Marc Trestman has a history of fixing quarterbacks. Unfortunately, it's the offensive line for the Bears that needs fixing. Cutler has a tremendous rapport with Brandon Marshall, and Alshon Jeffery is a promising talent. But if Cutler is having to run for his life behind that shaky O-line all year long, he'll have a hard time being consistently relevant in fantasy.

Matt Ryan is the safest pick as the 6th QB off the board but RGIII, Kap, Stafford all have higher upsideQb1 upside but will likely be no better than a QB2 most weeks despite improvement from Alshon Jeffery
Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Shootout on the fast track in New Orleans looms to start the season. Assuming White's health, Ryan has the dogs to hang some points.

Shoot out! This is going to be a high scoring romp on the Bayou!
Muntradamus
Beast Dome
Whats cooler than being cool? Matty Ice. Ryan still has the best WR duo in the NFL with Roddy White and Julio Jones. The Falcons added a BEAST in their backfield with Steven Jackson. Safties cannot play so deep to defend the pass and only the pass. Ryan is going to get plenty more opportunities for big plays.Cutler and Brandon Marshall is a dream connection. Cutler throws a great deep ball, Marshall loves to go up and get it. The Bears added Martellus Bennett who gives Cutler a great secondary Redzone option.
