Hilton was a bit inconsistent in his second year, but he still finished with 82 receptions for 1,083 yards and five receiving touchdowns. I think he makes the jump to elite fantasy receiver in his third season and displays more consistency.
Wright finished 2013 with 94 receptions for 1,079 yards and two receiving touchdowns. He is a solid quarterback away from being a WR1.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Now the Colts will bring back Wayne and have added Hakeem Nicks, moves that should free up Hilton to see time as a big-play deep threat and not a possession-type wideout. Thatís a blessing and a curse: Hilton should thrive in that role but his opportunities could be limited because Wayne and Nicks could hog targets. Donít mistake last season as a breakout year because he had 1,000 yards receiving, BUT he had just two games with touchdowns and another two games with over 100 yards. Consistency was a problem for him then and will probably remain a problem now. Donít draft Hilton unless it means heíll be your No. 3 or No. 4Fantasy receiver, and donít reach for him.
Wright broke through the 1,000-yard mark and finished the season with 1,079 yards on 94 receptions but just two touchdowns. We really like the upside this youngster has. In 16 games in 2013, Wright produced 5-plus receptions in 12 along with 13 games with at least 50-plus yards. We want to see him get more involved inside the red zone to increase his touchdown production. He is a solid No.3 option with a ton of upside for better production then his draft position would say. Wright has developed into the Titansí and quarterback Jake Lockerís clear No. 1 receiver, but his upside is capped a bit by the lack of end-zone visits.

Matthew Hill
Fantasy Team Advice

Wright is a high-volume receiver who received 139 targets in his second season. Wright finished in the top 20 in PPR leagues despite only scoring twice last season. The Titans' offense should be improved, which could lead to more scoring opportunities to add to what could be another 90+ catches.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Weekly boom or bust especially with healthy Wayne and Nicks now in the fold which makes him more of a flex than WR3
Should have best fantasy season yet and push for top-25 WR numbers once again

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
When Reggie Wayne went down last season with an ACL injury, Hilton averaged 6 catches for 74.5 yards on more than 9 Targets per game. ďHilton is clearly the one reciever, and Reggie Wayne is the two,Ē according to SB Nation Ė Stampede Blue. Hakeem Nicks will come in on 3 WR sets manning the outside, while Reggie Wayne will then move to the slot. Draft Pick Donte Moncrief will lineup as the WR4 as the Colts plan to use Hilton/Moncrief as Luckís future WR duo. With Nicksí recent motivational slack, itís only good news for the Playmaker Hilton. While implementing a two Tight End set in healthy Dwayne Allen and Coby Fleener, and the addition of Nicks, itís hard to imagine Hilton will see 139 Targets again in a Run Heavy Offense. However, we still like Hilton with Andrew Luck throwing him the ball Ė we especially like his Week 16 Dallas Cowboys matchup.
Wright is part of a solid group of Third Year WRís that look to take a big step forward in 2014. He finished last season with 94 Receptions, 1079 Receiving Yards and only 2 TDs. With Ken Whisenhunt now in Tennessee, look for the Titans to take the approach of a wide open attack with the emphasis being on a faster rhythm and timing offense allowing the QB to operate with quicker releases. Whisenhunt will surely help blossom Wright and we expect both Receiving Yards and TDs to increase in 2014.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
A fly-pattern guy who could be target-challenged. Let someone else overpay.
No reason he shouldn't score more TDs, but YPC is chronically low.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Displayed #1 WR ability but will have to contend with Wayne and Nicks. Probably only a WR2.
Solid PPR guy who doesn't score much. Inconsistency at QB curbs his upside a bit.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times

A better PPR option as his QB issues keep him weighed down.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Hakeem Nicks and Reggie Wayne will keep Hilton from seeing too many double teams but will also limit his upside.
He doesn't receive too much press, but this kid is a wonderful addition for bye-weeks and injury spot starts.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football

There some good buzz with this Titans' passing game after Jake Locker looked competent last season before going down with an injury. Wright now has Justin Hunter breaking out next to him, so it's a little tough to get a handle on how those numbers will break down this season, but Wright is in the best spot to lead the team in targets and should be able to get into the end zone more than last season.
