Breaking Football
Foles is getting more comfortable but on road vs Niners? He might not be an elite play in this one.
Romo seemed to get his mojo back last week, so he could get hot in shootout at home.

Foles bounced back with a 325 yards, 3 touchdown performance in Week 3 against the Redskins. Look for Foles to continue to perform well against the 49ers in Week 4 as the Eagles offense is too explosive for the watered down San Fran D to keep up with for four quarters.
It wasn't perfect, but his owners at this point, the ones that are starting him at least, were happy to see him throw more touchdowns than interceptions. Unless you can't help it, I wouldn't be starting Romo no matter where he falls on my list unless you don't have a solid plan B. He just hasn't shown enough to warrant a start. But if he were to blow up, this would be the game.
