Wayne is a safe receiver even coming off an injury and getting up there in age. Andrew Luck trusts him and even though there is talent in Indy at receiver and tight end, Wayne is by far the most dependable receiver they have.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Now the Colts will bring back Wayne and have added Hakeem Nicks, moves that should free up Hilton to see time as a big-play deep threat and not a possession-type wideout. That’s a blessing and a curse: Hilton should thrive in that role but his opportunities could be limited because Wayne and Nicks could hog targets. Don’t mistake last season as a breakout year because he had 1,000 yards receiving, BUT he had just two games with touchdowns and another two games with over 100 yards. Consistency was a problem for him then and will probably remain a problem now. Don’t draft Hilton unless it means he’ll be your No. 3 or No. 4Fantasy receiver, and don’t reach for him.
Wayne is seven months removed from ACL surgery and will likely be held out of next month's minicamp. He remains a candidate to open training camp on the active/PUP list, but is expected to be ready for Week 1

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Hilton was a bit inconsistent in his second year, but he still finished with 82 receptions for 1,083 yards and five receiving touchdowns. I think he makes the jump to elite fantasy receiver in his third season and displays more consistency.
Early in the offseason, I thought the signing of WR Hakeem Nicks, the age of Wayne (36-years old) and coming off a ACL injury, that Nicks and Hilton would be the receivers to own. I am starting to rethink that with reports that Wayne is is phenominal shape and Nicks needs to work himself into football shape. I like Wayne as a WR3 with risk at 36 years old coming off injury.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Weekly boom or bust especially with healthy Wayne and Nicks now in the fold which makes him more of a flex than WR3
Should lead the Colts in receptions, ranked very low for talent level but WR class is that deep this year

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Hakeem Nicks and Reggie Wayne will keep Hilton from seeing too many double teams but will also limit his upside.
He is so dangerous with Andrew Luck. He is coming off a bad injury and is quite old, but if he starts he dominates. Expect 1,000 yards and 8 TDs.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Displayed #1 WR ability but will have to contend with Wayne and Nicks. Probably only a WR2.
Pure possession guy now and ACL is a question mark. Just how big will his role be?

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times

Caution. 35 years old and less than a year removed from his ACL tear.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
When Reggie Wayne went down last season with an ACL injury, Hilton averaged 6 catches for 74.5 yards on more than 9 Targets per game. “Hilton is clearly the one reciever, and Reggie Wayne is the two,” according to SB Nation – Stampede Blue. Hakeem Nicks will come in on 3 WR sets manning the outside, while Reggie Wayne will then move to the slot. Draft Pick Donte Moncrief will lineup as the WR4 as the Colts plan to use Hilton/Moncrief as Luck’s future WR duo. With Nicks’ recent motivational slack, it’s only good news for the Playmaker Hilton. While implementing a two Tight End set in healthy Dwayne Allen and Coby Fleener, and the addition of Nicks, it’s hard to imagine Hilton will see 139 Targets again in a Run Heavy Offense. However, we still like Hilton with Andrew Luck throwing him the ball – we especially like his Week 16 Dallas Cowboys matchup.
Colts Coach, Chuck Pagano, said that Wayne’s recovery from his recent knee injury is “really incredible!” The 35 year old WR is now in a crowded WR Corps with Hakeem Nicks, T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief and healthy TE’s Dwayne Allen and Coby Fleener in Pep Hamilton’s Run Heavy Offense. It’s highly possible that Chudzinski can squeeze more pass plays out of Hamilton’s Offense, but a 1000+ yard season seams hard-pressed for the healthy 35 year old in 2014. Wayne’s expected to make his debut around the 3rd Pre-Season game, so be sure to check back as this will be vital to his WR Rank.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
A fly-pattern guy who could be target-challenged. Let someone else overpay.
He's 35, coming off major knee injury. Some will overpay for name brand.
