Nathan Mackinnon provided the backup points to Andre Burakovsky in Colorado's 3-2 road victory over the Calgary Flames. He finished the game with two points, a plus-1 rating, five shots and one block through 21:37 TOI.
Fantasy Impact:
Mackinnon has really stepped up since the Avs lost two thirds of their starting line up. His first point was a backhand dish to new line mate Andre Burakovsky where the entire flames line was looking at him meanwhile his left his winger got open for the goal. The second, he simply won the face off to Burakovsky and scored. He's registered five goals and 13 points in the last six games. He's a pleasure to watch, and have on your fantasy team.
