Richardson didn't run much in the open field for Cleveland. Experts like his chances in Indy better.

 

You’ve surely heard the news by now. The Colts and Browns pulled off a monster trade in which Trent Richardson is headed to Indy for a 2014 first round pick. It’s safe to say NO ONE saw this coming. It’s also expected that Willis McGahee will be signed shortly as a free agent by the Browns to help fill the void of Richardson’s departure.

  • A stunned Matthew Berry says the move is good for Richardson’s long term value. However, you should NOT be playing him this weekend (at SF). Berry also pegs Willis McGahee as the Cleveland RB you want, noting that he will only be a low-end RB2 or Flex.
