There are enough value bats to pay up for Noah Syndergaard Friday
Here is my lineup advice for Friday, June 3. There are not a lot of aces going tonight, which is why I’m spending money on Syndergaard. Even though I’m spending a lot on pitching, there is still good value on offense to put together a winning lineup. Make sure to check weather reports tonight, since there is rain in the forecast in parts of the East Coast. Good luck!

Pitcher
Noah Syndergaard (NYM): $10,600 @ MIA
Syndergaard was thrown out of his last start against the Dodgers earlier this week and pitched in relief for the first time in his career against the White Sox. The flame thrower should be well rested and ready to go against the Marlins tonight. He’s the best pitcher on the board and well worth the money.

- Vincent Velasquez (PHI): $9,000 vs. MIL
Catcher
Derek Norris (SD): $2,500 vs. COL
Norris is 6-for-his-last-18 and is batting .333/.458/.611 over the last seven days. He also has six R, one HR, and five RBI over that time as well. He’s been one of the best hitting catchers over the last week and has a favorable pitching matchup tonight against Chris Rusin (4.75 ERA).

- Welington Castillo (ARI): $2,700 @ CHC
First Base
Chris Davis (BAL): $3,900 vs. NYY
Davis has 10 HR on the season and I’m hoping he makes it 11 tonight against the Yankees. He has a favorable lefty-righty matchup against Nathan Eovaldi (3.71 ERA).

- Eric Hosmer (KC): $3,800 @ CLE
- Wil Myers (SD): $3,400 vs COL
Second Base
Jurickson Profar (TEX): $2,500 vs. SEA
Profar is batting .357/.357/.571 over the last seven days, with seven R. Although he does not possess a lot of power, he is still a solid hitter to use in DFS. Keep an eye out on the weather report for this game, there is a chance of rain.

- Jonathan Schoop (BAL): $3,000 vs. NYY
Third Base
Yangervis Solarte (SD): $3,500 vs. COL
Solarte has been on fire lately. He is batting .423/.483/.731 over the last seven days, with two HR, six RBI, and eight R. He’s scored over 15 FP in two straight games and will look to make it three straight tonight against the Rockies.

- Aaron Hill (MIL): $2,700 @ PHI
Shortstop
Taylor Motter (TB): $2,400 @ MIN
I’m going real cheap at SS tonight, trying to save money for the OF. Motter has a good matchup tonight against Ricky Nolasco (5.28 ERA). Nolasco has allowed 63 H in 58 IP. Hopefully, Motter can take advantage of him tonight.

Outfield
Giancarlo Stanton (MIA): $3,200 vs. NYM
Even though Stanton is only batting .213 this season and has a difficult matchup against Syndergaard tonight, the possibility of being able to afford him at this price is too hard to pass up. He does at least have 12 HR this season and if he can get a hold of one tonight, it was worth it.
Michael Conforto (NYM): $3,200 @ MIA
Another OF who has been struggling lately is Conforto. He has shown promise at times though earlier in the season and will most likely be moved up in the batting order with David Wright now on the DL. Perhaps he can get things going again tonight against the Marlins.
Adam Duvall (CIN): $3,100 vs. WSH
Duvall is an al- or-nothing hitter, and I’m hoping for all tonight. He has six HR over the last 15 days but is only batting .212 over that span. He has 14 HR on the season. Hopefully he can make it 15 tonight with the platoon advantage.
