Harrison Barnes plays a ton of minutes and is a great value once again tonight
Here are my picks for the December 3rd, Saturday night DraftKings slate.
Be sure to watch out for players that sit out for tonight’s games. There are always a few that end up as late scratches whether for minor injuries or for rest.

Point Guard
Andrew Harrison (MEM): $5,200 vs. Lakers
With Mike Conley, Zach Randolph and Chandler Parsons out tonight against the Lakers, someone has to help Marc Gasol. Ever since Conley went down with his injury, Andrew Harrison has responded with 21 and 11 points respectively. Not only does he provide scoring, but he contributes in assists and rebounding. The fact that he doesn’t rely on scoring makes him more attractive in daily fantasy.
Shooting Guard
Avery Bradley (BOS): $6,200 vs. Philadelphia
At 6’2’’ Bradley is leading his team in rebounding. Whether that will eventually change is something to be seen. Much like Andrew Harrison, Bradley doesn’t rely on scoring to boost his fantasy value. He averages 1.05 steals per game and plays the most minutes per game. A game against the 76ers could be the recipe for a huge night.
Small Forward
Jimmy Butler (CHI): $8,400 vs. Dallas
Dwayne Wade is out tonight against Dallas, so that leaves more time with the ball in Butler’s hands. The last time Wade sat out, Butler scored a season-high 40 points. Butler has been averaging 29.8 points, 6.0 boards, 4.4 assists, 1.6 steals, 0.8 blocks and 0.8 treys ever since his huge game.
Power Forward
Harrison Barnes (DAL): $6,400 vs. Chicago
Barnes has improved ever since his early season struggles. In the last six games, he has recorded 17.4 points, six rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. Barnes is averaging nearly 18 shots per game, a career high, and is leading his team in attempts. Dirk Nowitzki is out again tonight, so why not have a No. 1 option in your lineup for only $6,400?
Center
Al Horford (BOS): $6,500 vs. Philadelphia
Ever since Horford came back from his concussion injury, he has averaged 51 DraftKings points. Joel Embiid is out tonight and Jahlil Okafor struggles against centers. He ranks 42nd among centers in defensive rating, according to FoxSports.com. Horford has his best game last night where he recorded 26 points with eight rebounds, three assists, two steals, six blocks and four 3-pointers in 36 minutes.
Guard
Dennis Schroder (ATL): $6,000 vs. Raptors
Paul Millsap is out again tonight and Dennis Schroder should be the main beneficiary. He torched the Pistons for 17 points and 11 assists last night. His last three games have seen him put up 24.0 points, 8.7 assists and 1.3 triples. The team is struggling, so lineup changes might be on the horizon, but Schroder’s job is certainly safe.
Forward
Brandon Ingram (LAL): $4,300 vs. Grizzlies
The No. 2 overall pick has been hot and he might not return to the bench anytime soon. He had a career-high 17 points last night and with Nick Young out a few weeks; Ingram has been filling in the starting lineup. He’s got a depleted Grizzlies team tonight that is giving up the most DraftKings points to shooting guards in the past five games.
Utility
C.J. McCollum (POR): $7,000 vs. Heat
Another guard playing a depleted squad, the Heat travel up to the northwest and are the 27th ranked team in scoring per game. The team is down Dion Waiters, Josh Richardson and potentially Luke Babbit for their starting guards. McCollum is rolling right now averaging 22.2 points for the season including 3.9 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 44% from 3-point land.
