Welcome to the Week 13 NFL FanDuel lineup article. This article will focus on the main slate on FanDuel which features 13 games. Roster construction is a little strange for cash games this week.
For the first time all season, I think it is best to pay up at both running back spots and go with value options across the board at wide receiver. With that being said, let’s go ahead and take a look at my FanDuel cash game lineup for Week 13.

Quarterback
Ben Roethlisberger (PIT): $8,300 vs. NYG
As much as I want to pay up for Drew Brees at $9,300, I think it is best to save the $1,000 of salary and use Ben Roethlisberger instead. In four home games, this season Big Ben has thrown at least 250 yards and three touchdowns in each game.
The matchup is not good against the Giants. However, the Steelers’ offense is great enough to still do well in bad matchups.
Other Notables
- Drew Brees (NO): $9,300 vs. DET
- Matthew Stafford (DET): $8,300 at NO
- Colin Kaepernick (SF): $7,800 at CHI
Running Back
David Johnson (ARI): $9,200 vs. WAS
David Johnson had another monster game last week against the Falcons with 161 yards, eight receptions, and a touchdown. The Redskins have been terrible against the run this season, and their secondary is pretty good. Therefore, I expect the Cardinals to continue to ride their greatest weapon since Carson Palmer has struggled big time this season.
Le’Veon Bell (PIT): $9,300 vs. NYG
I normally do not like to pay up at both running back spots in my cash game lineups. However, I think you can make a strong case to do so this week. Le’Veon Bell is heavily involved in this high-powered Steelers’ offense with at least 26 touches in each of the previous three games. The Steelers currently have the third-highest total on the board, and they typically perform much better at Heinz Field.
Other Notables
- LeSean McCoy (BUF): $8,400 at OAK
- Carlos Hyde (SF): $6,700 at CHI
Wide Receiver
Michael Thomas (NO): $6,900 vs. NO
Michael Thomas had a monster game last week with nine receptions, 108 yards and two touchdowns. Even though Drew Brees likes to spread the ball around, Thomas has been the most reliable receiver in this offense. The Saints currently have the highest projected total on the board, so you must have a piece of the Saints’ offense this week.
Golden Tate (DET): $5,900 at NO
Golden Tate has not been very consistent this season, but he has been better lately with at least five receptions and 77 yards in two out of his last three games. This week he has a great matchup against the Saints in a game that is expected to be a shootout. The Lions are going to have to throw the ball a ton in this game, so I like the chances for Tate to come up big this week.
Marquess Wilson (CHI): $5,400 vs. SF
Marquess Wilson had a great game against the Titans last week, with eight receptions, 125 yards and a touchdown. With Alshon Jeffery out for another couple of weeks, Wilson should continue to be the lead receiver for the Bears, since he appears to have some good chemistry with Barkley. Also, he has an excellent matchup this weekend against the 49ers, who have allowed the most FanDuel points to opposing wide receivers this season.
Other Notables
- Julio Jones (ATL): $8,300 vs. KC
- Antonio Brown (PIT): $9,000 vs. NYG
- Tyreek Hill (KC): $5,800 at ATL
- Julian Edelman (NE): $6,600 vs. LA
Tight End
Eric Ebron (DET): $5,700 at NO
Eric Ebron put up a bagel last week on Thanksgiving day against the Vikings, with only one target. Have no fear, though.
He should be able to bounce back in a much better matchup against the Saints this week. Prior to last week, Ebron had at least three receptions and 70 yards in each of the previous three games.
Other Notables
- Jimmy Graham (SEA): $6,400 vs. CAR
- Travis Kelce (KC): $6,300 at ATL
Kicker
Josh Lambo (SD): (SD): $4,600 vs. TB
Josh Lambo did not have a great day last week in Houston, missing his only field goal attempt and only kicking three extra points. He should bounce back this week against the Buccaneers, who despite playing better on defense over the past few weeks are not a great defense.
Other Notables
- Wil Lutz (NO): $4,800 vs. DET
- Matt Prater (DET): $4,800 at NO
D/ST
New England Patriots D/ST (NE): (NE): $4,600 vs. LA
The Patriots’ defense are in a great spot this weekend with a home matchup against Jared Goff and the Rams. The Patriots’ are not an elite defense by any means, but they are great at game planning and taking away the opposing team’s best option on offense, who is Todd Gurley. Also, rookie quarterbacks have been unsuccessful over the years against Bill Belichick’s defenses, and there is no reason to believe that Goff will break that trend.
Other Notables
- Denver Broncos D/ST (DEN): $5,000 at JAC
- Baltimore Ravens D/ST (BAL): $4,600 vs. MIA
