Austin Rivers has been logging consistent minutes with the Clippers
Welcome to the Martin Luther King Day edition of the NBA FanDuel value plays. Since there are games throughout the entire day, this article will just focus on the four-game, late slate tonight. Be sure to stay up to date with lineup news throughout the day in case any surprise value options pop up. Let’s go ahead and take a look at my favorite value options for tonight.

Point Guard
Austin Rivers (LAC): $4,400 vs. OKC
There really is not much value at point guard tonight, but Rivers is a decent, cheap option. Rivers has established himself as the Clippers’ starting shooting guard and has been playing well over 30 minutes in most games. The matchup is not great against Victor Oladipo, but Rivers should still be able to exceed value since he plays so many minutes.
Shooting Guard
Kyle Korver (CLE): $3,900 at GS
Korver was finally able to get into a rhythm with his new team on Friday night against the Kings with 18 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals. If Iman Shumpert continues to start over DeAndre Liggins, Korver will continue to log heavy minutes as the Cavs’ sixth man. Using Korver is a great way to get cheap exposure to the best game of the night.
J.J. Redick (LAC): $4,700 vs. OKC
Redick is in a similar spot as Rivers. He doesn’t have a great matchup against Andre Roberson, but he does take a lot of shots and plays a lot of minutes. Therefore, he is safe enough to use in cash games, but his upside may be limited for GPPs.
Small Forward
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (CHA): $4,900 at BOS
Other than Friday night against the Rockets, Kidd-Gilchrist has been playing pretty well with at least 23.6 FanDuel points in four of his last five games. With Jeremy Lamb already ruled out, MKG should continue to see some extra minutes as well, making him a pretty safe cash game option on this short slate.
Joe Ingles (UTA): $3,600 at PHO
Rodney Hood went down with a knee injury on Saturday and has been ruled out for tonight’s game against the Suns. Ingles should draw the start, but even if he doesn’t he should see a boost in minutes off the bench. Ingles has shown in the past that he can shine with extra minutes. Tonight’s matchup against the Suns could not be any better since the Suns play are awful on defense and they play at an incredibly fast pace.
Power Forward
Derrick Favors (UTA): $4,700 at PHO
Favors remains too cheap for someone who plays at least 25 minutes and could play as many as 35 minutes. I already mentioned that this is definitely a pace up game for the Jazz. Just like they are against shooting guards, the Suns are terrible versus opposing power forwards this season.
Enes Kanter (OKC): $6,200 at LAC
I typically try to stay under $6,000 for my value articles, but Kanter cannot be ignored. Steven Adams left last night’s game with a concussion and probably will not play tonight against the Clippers. Kanter has been excellent this season off the bench, and he should be a lock tonight since he will likely play close to 35 minutes.
Center
Cody Zeller (CHA): $5,100 at BOS
Zeller has missed four of his last five games with an illness, but he looked good on Friday night playing 36 minutes with 16 points, 10 rebounds, an assist, a block and two steals. Tonight he is in a great spot against the Celtics, who are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing big men. If Zeller sees 30 minutes again, he should be able to exceed value.
