There are three games on FanDuel’s main slate tonight as the NBA playoffs are in full swing. None of the three games are expected to be high-scoring affairs as the Cleveland-Indiana game has the highest projected total at 211.
LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Paul George, Kyrie Irving, and Kawhi Leonard are the highest priced players tonight. If you want to play a couple of these guys then you will need to find some salary relief tonight. Here are seven value options that you might want to consider as you construct your roster.

POINT GUARD
Malcolm Brogdon (MIL): $5,400 vs. TOR
He had a tough night Tuesday in the loss at Toronto but playing at home should help tonight for Brogdon. He had 27.2 FanDuel points in the first playoff game but only 16.3 on Tuesday. In his last 11 games, he has averaged 25.3 FanDuel points. He is probably not going to smash value for you tonight but if you are looking to save some salary without losing too much in raw points projection, then the rookie out of Virginia may not be a bad option.
Tony Parker (SAS): $4,200 at MEM
Just like Brogdon, Parker gives you salary relief and safety. In the two games against Memphis in these playoffs, he has had 23.4 and 20.1 FanDuel points. Playing Parker during the playoffs is much better than playing him during the regular season. All those games and minutes that he rests during the regular season has him ready to perform at a high level in the playoffs. Overall, in his last eight games, he has averaged 20 FanDuel points. Not glamorous but it should get the job done.
SHOOTING GUARD
Lance Stephenson (IND): $5,000 vs. CLE
Giannis Antetokounmpo and DeMar DeRozan are far and away the best options. However, if you have to play someone else, then that someone would be Lance Stephenson. All other options are bad and just asking to throw money away. Stephenson likes the playoffs and he likes going against the Cavaliers. He has 25.4 and 28.9 FanDuel points in the two playoff games so far. Factor in the 26.0 he had against Atlanta in the season finale and he has three straight games of reaching at least 5X value. In his last seven games, he has reached at least 4.4X value. Those numbers aren’t probably going to win you a GPP tonight, but if you have to get salary relief and refuse to play the top two players at this position then those numbers are just fine.
SMALL FORWARD
James Ennis III (MEM): $3,600 vs. SAS
Three of the top five priciest players on this slate are Small Forwards so you will need to make some decisions where you are going to spend your money. If you go cheap at this position, Ennis might be a good option since he will continue to pick up some of the slack for the injured Tony Allen. He could bust tonight but his 23.6 FanDuel points Tuesday night on the road gives us hope that he might be able to return value at near minimum price. He did have a three-game stretch at the end of April where he averaged 25.0 FanDuel points.
POWER FORWARD
Zach Randolph (MEM): $5,400 vs. SAS
So far, Z-Bo has been hit or miss in the two playoffs game against the Spurs with his 10.10 FanDuel points in the first game and then the 35.5 in Tuesday’s game. I like him going back home. Plus, overall he has had success against the Spurs this year. In the last three games of the regular season that he faced the Spurs, he has averaged 30.3 FanDuel points. He has gone for 32+ FanDuel points in five of the last 10 games.
Thaddeus Young (IND): $5,400 vs. CLE
He earned 33.1 FanDuel points on Tuesday. He has reached 5X value in nine of his last 11 games. He has averaged 28.5 FanDuel points in his last three games against Cleveland. Overall, in his last 11 games he is averaging 31.9 MPG and 28.8 FanDuel points.
CENTER
Tristan Thompson (CLE): $4,600 at IND
I want to play either Marc Gasol or Myles Turner, but when I do my final roster construction and need extra salary relief then I will probably look to Thompson. He probably is not going to light it up but he always has that potential if he gets some scoring to go with his rebounds. He has earned 18.5 and 24.1 FanDuel points in the two playoffs games so far. What I like best, though, is that his minutes have increased. Minutes equal money when it comes to DFS so I like him averaging 31 MPG in the playoffs. Chances are he will barely reach value but he does give you salary relief. In his last nine games, he has averaged 20.1 FanDuel points.
