Here are this week’s fantasy baseball pitching streamers to target. We’re going to set a 30 percent threshold for ownership and we’ll use ESPN to get us there. Feel free to guide us in the comments section if you think there’s a better way.

Tyler Anderson (COL) – v. Washington Nationals (6.2 percent ESPN)
Despite his rough start, I just can’t quite Anderson. He’s shown signs of coming out of his early-season funk, as he twirled five innings of two-run ball against the Dodgers on the road the last time out. He also induced nine grounders with five strikeouts and just one walk. That’s the logic behind Anderson, as he’s a pretty good strikeout guy, walks nobody and keeps the ball on the ground. He’s better at home, too — which is where he finds himself Monday against the Nationals.

Robert Gsellman (NYM) – v. Atlanta Braves (13.3 percent ESPN)
I loved Gsellman coming into the season, and, for the most part, he’s struggled. He hasn’t been awful, just not…great. Last time out he finally got into the quality start column with three earned runs in seven innings against the Phillies. He fanned seven, walked just one and kept the ball in the ballpark for the first time all season in a start. I like his combo of mid-90s heat and the Warthen slider, and I think the Braves matchup is ripe for the picking.

Hector Santiago (MIN) – @ Texas Rangers (13.3 percent ESPN)
A new grip on his changeup to go with his signature screwball and a low-90s fastball have given Santiago ample tools for a quick start to the season. He’s got three quality starts in a row — and has pitched into the seventh in each — and has a cool 2.19 ERA through four starts in his first full season as a Twin. He’s got a solid 17-4 K/BB ratio — he’s always had strikeouts, but limiting walks is a new wrinkle — and he’s just a very smart pitcher who battles through every single inning. The Rangers are a tough matchup, but so too are the Tigers — a team he’s handled well twice already this season.
Thursday, April 27
Adam Conley (MIA) – @ Philadelphia Phillies (8.6 percent ESPN)
Conley’s off to a nice start to his season — 3.00 ERA, 14-7 K/BB ratio — and was sneaky good last season as well. Lefties who sit 89-91 with their fastballs rarely have much digital ink spilled about them, but Conley posted a solid 3.85 ERA in 133.1 innings last season with nearly a strikeout per inning. The walks were a bit troublesome (4.2 per nine), but he’s brought that down a bit so far (3.5) this season. The talent is here for a solid, but unspectacular middle of the rotation guy. When you’re streaming under 30 percent, that’s an asset.
Friday, April 28
Matthew Boyd (DET) – v. Chicago White Sox (9.8 percent ESPN)
Boyd is kind of the forgotten man in the Tigers’ rotation. He doesn’t throw gas from the right side like Michael Fulmer or Justin Verlander, and he has never lived in a van down by the river like fellow lefty Daniel Norris, who has also battled cancer and was once traded for David Price. Instead, Boyd has just settled in as a solid lefty, pumping low-90s fastballs with lots of changeups and a few sliders and curves along the way. The walks (5.0 per nine) have been a bit troublesome, but he should be able to skate by against a White Sox team that isn’t terribly patient. Only the Orioles (6.0 percent) have a lower walk rate in MLB than the Sox (6.5 percent).
Saturday, April 29
Mike Foltynewicz (ATL) – @ Milwaukee Brewers (8.2 percent ESPN)
The results have been a bit shaky — 8-7 K/BB ratio in 12.2 innings, 1.66 WHIP, and 4.26 ERA — but I can’t quit a guy with the raw stuff of Folty. The 25-year-old righty sits 94-95 mph with his fastball and mixes in a good slider with a curve (13 percent whiff rate) and a change. If he can avoid the modern-day Babe Ruth (Eric Thames), he should be OK.
Sunday, April 30
Patrick Corbin (ARI) – v. Colorado Rockies (7.2 percent ESPN)
The Rockies are traditionally horrible on the road and aren’t having a good offensive season overall (72 wRC+), so this is a good matchup for Corbin, who is having a fine season in his own right. Through four starts, Corbin has a 3.27 ERA (3.80 FIP) and is exhibiting good control (2.9 BB/9) with a strong penchant for grounders (49.3 percent).
