In Week 6, if you’re not dealing with the injury bug plaguing your fantasy team then you must be impervious to the pitfalls of bad luck. Throw in a Friday the 13th, and there must be some serious superstitions working in your favor as we have seen some of the top talent in the league dealing with bumps, bruises, and breaks as we finish the first third of the regular season. However, the show must go on and the call of “next man up” will continue to inspire our waiver wire plundering and our lineup construction, regardless of the horrors that haunt our fantasy team going into the weekend. So let’s dissect the Week 6 listings on the injury reports from around the league.

Miami at Atlanta (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
Miami: According to Friday’s official injury report WR DeVante Parker (ankle) is doubtful for this weekend’s game against the Falcons. CBs Xavien Howard (shoulder) and Byron Maxwell (foot) are both questionable, despite Howard being a full participant in practice all week and Maxwell returning in a limited capacity on Friday.
Atlanta: The biggest news for Falcons fans, on Week 6’s injury report, is the return of Vic Beasley (hamstring), who will be in the starting lineup for the first time since Week 2. WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) will not be so lucky. Coach Dan Quinn ruled Sanu out during a press conference on Friday. Quinn also said that K Matt Bryant (back) should be “ready to go” after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday.
Chicago at Baltimore (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
Chicago: The only Bear to mention for Week 6 is Markus Wheaton (groin) who suffered an injury in practice, this Thursday. He has been ruled out, according to Coach John Fox.
Baltimore: WRs Jeremy Maclin (shoulder) and Breshad Perriman (knee) are both listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. Additionally TE Maxx Williams (ankle) has also gained a questionable status according to the team’s official injury report. RB Terrance West (calf) will miss another week, so look for Buck Allen and Alex Collins to continue their increased role in the offense.
Cleveland at Houston (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
Cleveland: The Browns’ defense got a boost last week with DE Myles Garrett (ankle) returning from injury to make his debut. This week, Cleveland gets another boost on D, as LB Jamie Collins (concussion) has been cleared to play. WR Kenny Britt (knee/groin), however, is still listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report.
Houston: The Texans will, once again, be without CB Kevin Johnson (knee) as he has already been ruled out for Week 6. This compounds the defensive health issues after the team lost DE J.J. Watt (leg) and LB Whitney Mercilus (pectoral) for the season.
Green Bay at Minnesota (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
Green Bay: The Packers’ secondary takes up three spots on their Week 6 injury report, as S Morgan Burnett (hamstring) has been ruled out, CB Kevin King (concussion) is listed as doubtful, and CB Davon House (quad) is listed as questionable. Also listed as questionable (though expected to play after three days of full participation in practice) is RB Ty Montgomery (ribs). It remains to be seen if RB Aaron Jones‘ performance, last week in Montgomery’s absence, will lead to a time-share at RB.
Minnesota: The team’s official injury report has already ruled out QB Sam Bradford (knee) and WR Stefon Diggs (groin).
Detroit at New Orleans (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
Detroit: QB Matthew Stafford (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s matchup against the Saints. It should be noted, however, he was a full participant in all three practices this week. It seems there is little concern that he will miss any time, but it’s certainly a situation worth checking on pre-game. Also making an appearance on the team’s injury report is DE Ziggy Ansah (knee) and WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring), both of whom were limited participants in practice on Thursday and Friday.
New Orleans: The Saints offensive line should be watched this week, as T Terron Armstead (shoulder) and G Andrus Peat (hip) are both questionable on the official injury report. Joining them with a questionable designation is WR Willie Snead (hamstring) who is still looking to make his 2017 debut.
New England at New York Jets (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
New England: CB Eric Rowe (groin) has already been ruled out for the Patriots’ Week 6 matchup against the Jets. RB Rex Burkhead (ribs) will be a game-time decision and is listed as questionable on Friday’s final injury report.
New York Jets: Both RB Bilal Powell (calf) and DL Muhammad Wilkerson (shoulder/toe) missed all three practices this week and are listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report. It remains to be seen how RB snaps will be split with Matt Forte (knee/toe) returning from injury and Elijah McGuire playing well in his absence.
San Francisco at Washington (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)
San Francisco: The 49ers could get LB Reuben Foster (ankle) back this week, as he’s listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report, on Friday. Already ruled out for action is FB Kyle Juszczyk (back).
Washington: CB Josh Norman (rib) will miss another week despite resuming his normal weight training this week. RB Rob Kelley (ankle) missed all three practices this week and heads into the weekend with a doubtful designation on Washington’s injury report.
Tampa Bay at Arizona (Sunday, 4:05 PM ET)
Tampa Bay: The Bucs defense hopes to get back a few important pieces this week as DE Robert Ayers (back), LB Lavonte David (ankle), and SS T.J. Ward (hip) all practiced in a limited fashion throughout the week. All three have been designated as questionable. They will, however, be without LB Kwon Alexander (hamstring) once again, despite seeing him as a limited participant in practice all week.
Arizona: With WRs J.J. Nelson (hamstring) and John Brown (quad) both without injury designations this week, the Cardinals appear to be close to 100% on offense. On defense, CB Patrick Peterson (quad), DL Robert Nkemdiche (calf), and LB Karlos Dansby (hamstring) are all listed as questionable for Week 6.
Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville (Sunday, 4:05 PM ET)
Los Angeles Rams: There is no fantasy relevant injury information to report.
Jacksonville: There is no fantasy relevant injury information to report.
Pittsburgh at Kansas City (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET)
Pittsburgh: The only player on the Steelers’ injury report is LG Ramon Foster (back) who is listed as questionable.
Kansas City: The Chiefs will be without WR Chris Conley (Achilles) this week and likely the rest of the season.
Los Angeles Charges at Oakland (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET)
Los Angeles Chargers: The Chargers list RB Branden Oliver (hamstring), WR Mike Williams (back), and T Joe Barksdale (foot) questionable for their Week 6 showdown against the Raiders. Coach Anthony Lynn expects Williams will get his first snaps of the season against the Raiders but said they “have to be careful rushing him back into action” as he hasn’t played since January.
Oakland: QB Derek Carr (shoulder) will start on Sunday, as he is not listed on the Raiders final injury report. CB Gareon Conley (shin) has been ruled out for another week and RB DeAndre Washington (hamstring) is listed as questionable after limited practice all week.
New York Giants at Denver (Sunday, 8:30 PM ET)
New York Giants: The Giants are in a bad way. They’re 0-5, facing an elite defense, and will be without their top four wide receivers. WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) was one of the most notable fantasy players to go down with an injury, last week, as he fractured his ankle and will opt for season-ending surgery. Also having season-ending surgery is WR Brandon Marshall (ankle) and WR Dwayne Harris (foot). WR Sterling Shepard (ankle) was seen wearing a walking boot, on his left foot, in the locker room this week but it remains to be seen if he’ll be ready for action Sunday. Shepard said he has “no idea” if he’ll see time as he’s “taking it day to day.”The offense will also be without RB Paul Perkins (ribs). With all of the injuries on this offense, look for RB Wayne Gallman, RB Orleans Darkwa, and WR Roger Lewis to have increased roles and perhaps a gameplan that features TE Evan Engram in an expanded role. On defense, the Giants will be without DE Olivier Vernon (ankle) as he has already been ruled out, according to the team’s injury report on Friday.
Denver: There is no fantasy relevant injury information to report.
Indianapolis at Tennessee (Monday, 8:30 PM ET)
Indianapolis: QB Andrew Luck (right shoulder) made some waves by increasing his workload in practice and seeing the scout team defense, this week. However, there is still not a timetable on his return. Luck’s backup, Jacoby Brissett (left wrist) and starting TE Jack Doyle (concussion/neck) are both on the Week 6 injury report. Both have practiced in full on Thursday and Friday, though.
Tennessee: Coach Mike Mularkey is “hopeful” QB Marcus Mariota (hamstring) will see time on Monday night, though he is still considered a game-time decision. Joining him on the injury report are RB DeMarco Murray (hamstring), WR Corey Davis (hamstring), and S Johnathan Cyprien (hamstring). Both Davis and Cyprien have been ruled out according to Mularkey.
