What am I thankful for, folks? The ability to watch eleven straight hours of hockey on Friday.

Micheal Ferland (F – CGY): 22.3%
Is Michael Ferland good? Not really, but hey, my man gets to play with Johnny Gaudreau (3rd in scoring) and Sean Monahan (tied for 16th in scoring). Now with nine points in his last nine games, he’s getting consistent power play time (!!!) and his SH% this season isn’t even wildly out of line with what he did last year alongside Gaudreau and Monahan (17% this year vs 14.2% last year). A 30-goal, 50-point campaign could be in the cards here.

Cam Fowler (D – ANA): 31.3%
Cam Fowler is finally back from a knee injury and was re-inserted into the lineup on Monday. Over the previous two seasons, Fowler is 40th among defensemen in points and always runs the first power play unit for the Ducks. He is absolutely worth rostering if he’s available in your league.

Malcolm Subban (G – VGS): 15.7%
The middle Subban brother has been taken off IR and will assuredly take over the reins over interim netminder Maxime Lagace (at least until Flower comes back). Though it was only three games, the 93.6 SV% and formerly highly regarded prospect status (he went 24th overall in 2012) make Subban an intriguing pickup.

Kevin Fiala (F – NSH): 4.8%
The youngster now has 13 points in 19 games while getting to play with the newly acquired Kyle Turris on the second line. Also getting consistent power play time with the second grouping, Fiala should be able to make good on the high expectations people had for him this season as Nashville looks to keep rolling.
