Center

Alexander Kerfoot (COL): $3,900 vs. WPG
The recent injury to J.T. Compher has opened ice time for rookie Alexander Kerfoot. To start the season, Kerfoot has scored 25 points in 35 games, being shuffled around with different linemates. After playing four years at Harvard, the youngster averaged over a point per game and is clearly talented. Now he will log time on the second forward line and also center the top power-play unit. The Jets are a very good team but have been exposed on the road numerous times. The Avalanche have been playing very well and scoring a lot of goals. There is risk in this matchup, but with the low-cost Kerfoot has major upside.

Wing

Jake DeBrusk (BOS): $4,500 @ NYI
The second line of the Boston Bruins is sizzling right now. The team has scored 17 goals in the last four games. On the road, teams game plan to shut-down Bergeron, Marchand, and Pastrnak. Now the smokin’ hot team travels to New York to take on the Islanders. Although better on home ice, the Islanders leak goals against. They are currently ranked 30th overall in goals against. DeBrusk is having a great rookie campaign and will look to add to his point total tonight against a soft defensive team.

Kyle Connor (WPG): $4,200 @ COL
Currently on a four-game point streak, Kyle Connor and the Winnipeg Jets have shown no signs of slowing down after a devastating injury to their best player, Mark Scheifele. Playing on the top forward line and top power-play unit, Connor will have ample opportunity to score points tonight. Colorado is playing good as of late, but the Jets are one of the top offensive teams in the NHL. As one of the highest projected team goal totals, taking a forward on the top line at this price tag makes a lot of sense.

Defense

Charlie McAvoy (BOS): $4,300 @ NYI
The rookie for Boston is averaging 23 minutes a night which includes power-play time. The talented defenseman is gaining trust from head coach Bruce Cassidy, which has resulted in fantasy production. The goals haven’t quite been there yet, but the opportunities are massive. In an up-tempo game, McAvoy should thrive. A full Boston Bruins team stack could pay off tonight in a great matchup.

Goalie

Marc-Andre Fleury (VGK): $7,900 vs. NSH
Honestly, there are not a lot of goalies in great spots tonight. Especially at a discount. The lowest price to look at is $7,900 and Marc-Andre Fleury. Nashville is a great team and one of the best in the West. However, Vegas has lost just two games at home and are 9-0-1 in their last 10. Fleury has lost just one game in regulation this season and the Vegas Golden Knights are now a favorite cup contender. As a -140 favorite tonight, look for the Knights to continue their winning ways.
