The post All-Star break action has started with a bang featuring high scores in the NBA and DFS which makes me wonder if the ball is juiced. Oh, wait, wrong sport. With some teams in full tank mode and others fighting for a playoff spot, there should continue to be high-scoring affairs over the rest of the season. Saturday’s seven-game slate should be no different with four games coming in with a Vegas total of 219 or higher, highlighted by another Thunder/Warriors grudge match.
Note that some of the stats referenced in this article are my custom DvP calculations that combine both season and last five games data along with blending similar positions production allowed together.

One Stud
Russell Westbrook (PG – OKC): $11,600 @ GS
Your one stud is surely going to come from the Thunder/Warriors tilt in the Bay on Saturday’s slate with three of the highest priced options coming from that game. Westbrook will likely be the most popular choice and with good reason. Voted most likely to hold a grudge in high school, Westbrook continues to step up his already high intensity against his old buddy Kevin Durant and the Warriors. In two games this season, Westbrook is averaging 34.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 9.0 assists. If you pivot to someone other than Westbrook, look to Stephen Curry coming off a lights-out performance instead of Durant.
