We have a six-game slate to get us through the middle of the week, and this is crunch time for a lot of teams. The regular season is just one week away from ending, and there is a lot that has yet to be determined in the playoff picture. We should continue to see players put forth a good effort even this late in the season.

Guards
Kyle Lowry (TOR): $7,900 vs. BOS
Lowry might be up against one of the better defensive teams in the league, but he has shown to be productive this season against them. In the three games he has played Boston this season, he averaged 29 minutes per game and produced 35 DraftKings points per game. Really strong stuff despite the tougher matchup, but that’s what we should be expecting from the four-time All-Star. He has a usage rate sitting at 22%, along with averaging 1.14 fantasy points per minute, and has double-double upside on most nights. On this smaller slate, he should be good for either format, since you will likely have to eat a bit of chalk in tournaments tonight.
J.J. Barea (DAL): $5,300 @ ORL
Barea has scored 21 or more DraftKings points in nine of his last 10 games and is facing off against a weak Orlando team. The Magic are giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards, which is fifth worst in the league, putting Barea in a great spot. The Mavericks may be out of the playoffs, but Barea is still out there playing over 20 minutes per game, which should be enough for him to reach value, even though the game only has an over-under set at 209 points. He certainly isn’t the most exciting player on the slate, but he isn’t that expensive and can help with your roster construction on a smaller slate.
