FanDuel MLB Lineup Advice: Friday (4/13) PREMIUM
Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day for those who believe in the superstition. Baseball is a very superstitious sport, so it stands to reason that many baseball players and probably MLB DFS players also are quite superstitious. I looked back at the last time a Friday the 13th occurred during the MLB regular season (May 13, 2016) and to my surprise, there were two pitchers that started that day that are also on the hill tonight, Chris Tillman and Jason Hammel. Even more surprisingly they both won their respective starts that day.
I’ll leave it up to you and your superstitions if this means they are sneaky players to use or fade but I just thought it was interesting to point out. I’m sure it is just a coincidence that there is a 13-game slate on Friday the 13th, right?
As always, be sure to pay close attention to the lineups when they are released and monitor the weather leading up to game time.
