FanDuel MLB Lineup Advice: Monday (4/30) PREMIUM
Monday night’s 10-game MLB DFS slate has me focusing on getting in the bats that I want since we have a handful of solid pitching options to choose from which are all reasonably priced. We may not have a game at Coors Field on Monday’s slate but we do have the next best thing, the wind blowing out at Wrigley Field. So, be sure to get some Cubs/Rockies exposure in those DFS lineups for Monday night.
As always, be sure to pay close attention to the lineups when they are released and monitor the weather leading up to game time. Eduardo Rodriguez (BOS): $7,400 vs. KC
My top two pitchers to use in Cash games on FanDuel comes down to Jake Arrieta and Eduardo Rodriguez. Arrieta might be the safer of the two options pitching as a road favorite against the Marlins. My only concern about Arrieta is his strikeouts which have been either very high (10 in one game) or low (one strikeout in a game). So right now, I’m leaning toward saving some salary with Rodriguez who is the biggest Vegas favorite of the night pitching at home against the Royals and has thrown three straight quality starts while also winning each game. The Royals have the ninth highest strikeout rate (25.4%) against lefties this season. As I mentioned in the intro, I’m prioritizing bats on Monday’s slate and Rodriguez allows me to fit in all the hitters I want.
