There are just four games scheduled in the MLB tonight on DraftKings main-slate. With the lack of pitching options, paying all the way up is likely the best case scenario, to lock in a nice fantasy production floor. That being said, there are good hitters available in this short set of games which are worth taking a look at. Let’s take a look at some of the best pitchers and hitters available in this four-game set.

Aaron Nola (PHI): $12,100 vs. WSH
The most expensive player going tonight is Phillies ace, Aaron Nola. Having a fantastic season, Nola is off to a 9-2 record while taking a step in the right direction in many pitching statistics. The Phillies starter has adjusted his pitch type from last year. He is throwing the changeup and fastball significantly more often while reducing the number of sinkers and cutters.
This has led to a higher swinging strike rate, a lower hard contact rate, and in turn, less earned runs from last year. Showing more command with experience, Nola is becoming one of the best starting pitchers in the game in a breakout season.
Tonight, Nola will take on a struggling Washington Nationals team. Coming off of a horrendous two-game series in Tampa Bay, the Nats were unable to score a single run. Although the team looks stacked on paper, a lot of the hitters are in slumps and should not be feared too much. Lock Nola in as a great SP1 on DraftKings in all formats.
