There is a nice little nine-game slate on DraftKings tonight, and there’s plenty of money for the taking. Who will toe the slab? There are a couple clear-cut higher-priced options, and a couple value plays I also like. Three teams with a projected total of over five runs or more in good spots offer some decent bats as well. There isn’t a ton of obvious value, but still some good spots to take advantage of. Let’s check out some of the best plays on the slate with this, the penultimate weekend of MLB DFS…let’s make it count!

Pitcher
Anthony DeSclafani (CIN): $6,600 @ MIA
DeSclafani (-114) hasn’t been great lately, but I think he has a good shot to turn it around tonight against a Marlins squad that has been the second-worst in the league in team OPS, ISO, wOBA, and wRC+ against right-handed pitching since the trade deadline. In that same span, he’s posted a 4:1 K:BB ratio as well, which isn’t too shabby. The positive park shift to Miami is also good for him, and I’m hoping it mitigates some of the hard contact he’s given up of late. Given the price, the opponent and the park, that’s enough for me to take a shot on in tournaments as one of two cheap arms I like.
