There are eight games on the Saturday featured slate for us to construct a winning lineup on DraftKings. Those of you still grinding MLB DFS, I commend you. Those of you still grinding season-long leagues in addition to MLB DFS, I salute you. If you’re doing all of this while being knee-deep in the NFL season, you’re a true master of fantasy. As we roll toward the last couple weeks of baseball, there is still lots of money to be won on DK. Let’s run through some of the top plays on the slate that can get us to pad our bankroll for the NFL slate tomorrow.

Pitcher
German Marquez (COL): $12,000 @ SF
It’s totally fine to play Charlie Morton today as he’s a decent (-176) favorite at home. He doesn’t carry the household name value that some players may gravitate towards and there’s a good chance he could carry a modest ownership level tonight. However, there is a solid reason Marquez (-144) is the most expensive pitcher on the slate. If you haven’t been paying attention, Marquez has dazzled of late. He’s absolutely crushed since the All-Star break, paying off his salary consistently. When you consider he draws the anti-Giants away from Colorado, it’s by far the best spot. Since the trade deadline, San Fran has been terrible against everyone. Versus righties, they have the third-worst K% of 25.2%, second-worst ISO of .112 as a team, and their .593 OPS, .260 wOBA and 61 wRC+ all rank as MLB-worst in that span. This is the play in cash games, so be ready to scour for value to make it work. And don’t worry if it gets to the bullpen, as bad as the Giants are versus RHP, they’re even worse against lefties.
