Welcome to September where fantasy baseball championships are won and lost. With fantasy football on the mind for many, it may be tempting to neglect your day-to-day fantasy baseball duties. Don’t give in! To make matters easier for you, I’ve compiled my rankings for this week which takes into account injuries, ballparks, matchups and playing time trends. Even more so, Coors and two-start pitchers throw the rankings for a loop. Let’s dive into my rankings for week 22 of the fantasy baseball season.

Coors Field Watch
After a week on the road, fireworks will return to Coors Field for the entire week with back to back three-game home series’ versus the San Francisco Giants then Los Angeles Dodgers. As you might imagine, all three teams will receive a sizeable bump in rankings offensively with probable pitchers slated for those six contests will become almost unusable, including Madison Bumgarner.
Two-Start Risers
We’ve got 35 two-start pitchers to work with this week, but among them are 11 who aren’t worthy of a fantasy start in either of their matchups and another 10 that ought to only be used in one of their starts. There are, of course, some quality streamer options among them, led by Trevor Cahill (vs TEX) and Alex Wood (vs NYM). That leaves us with 14 starters who can be used in both starts and the only ones who are always-starts are Max Scherzer and Jacob deGrom, so I’ve got a list of a dozen pitchers who take a major jump forward in this week’s rankings.
