Oakland at Baltimore (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

Oakland: For a second straight week, WR Martavis Bryant (knee) will be held out of the lineup after failing to be cleared for practice and. Joining him on the injury report, again, is WR Jordy Nelson (knee). Nelson has been listed as questionable, however there are rumblings about his consideration of retiring that make his status even cloudier than normal.

Baltimore: QB Joe Flacco (right hip) has been ruled out for a second straight week, meaning Lamar Jackson will get the go-ahead once again. Also, RB Alex Collins (foot) is listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report however he did practice fully on Friday. Though, after Gus Edwards performance last week, it seems unlikely Collins would have a full-workload even if he were 100%.

Jacksonville at Buffalo (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

Jacksonville: The biggest injury news for the Jaguars is on defense as DT Marcell Dareus (back) is questionable after returning to practice in a limited fashion on Friday.

Buffalo: The Bills should be getting their starting QB Josh Allen (elbow) back after practicing fully all week. TE Charles Clay (hamstring), however, shows as doubtful on the injury report as he hasn’t practiced all week.

Seattle at Carolina (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

Seattle: The final injury report for the Seahawks shows that WR Doug Baldwin (groin) and K.J. Wright (knee) were both absent from practice all week. For Baldwin, he’ll carry a questionable designation for Sunday’s game, however, Wright has already been ruled out.

Carolina: WR Devin Funchess (back) was the only player of fantasy relevance on the Panthers’ official injury report. He was held out of practice all week and is listed as doubtful for Week 12.

Cleveland at Cincinnati (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

Cleveland: TE David Njoku (knee) is questionable for this week after returning to practice n a full capacity on Friday. That’s a good sign for his availability this Sunday.

Cincinnati: There is another week of doubts over WR A.J. Green (toe). He and CB Dre Kirkpatrick missed all of the team practices this week and are listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report.

New England at New York Jets (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

New England: As usually, the Patriots’ injury report is murky at best as it came out on Friday that QB Tom Brady (knee) did not participate in Friday’s practice and is questionable for their matchup against the Jets. TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle/back) and RB Sony Michel (knee) are both listed as questionable as well after their limited participation in practice this week. It’s also worth noting that Gronkowski’s backup, Dwayne Allen (knee) will not be available either.

New York Jets: QB Sam Darnold (foot) will miss another week as Josh McCown will start in his place. WR Robby Anderson (ankle) is also listed on the official injury report as questionable after being limited in practice on Friday.

New York Giants at Philadelphia (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

New York Giants: There is no fantasy relevant information to report.

Philadelphia: The Eagles are still severely depleted in the secondary as CBs Sidney Jones (hamstring), Avonte Maddox (knee/ankle), and Jalen Mills (foot) have all been ruled out for this week. Fellow CB Rasul Douglas (knee/ankle) is listed as questionable after not practicing all week. LB Jordan Hicks (calf) and RB Darren Sproles (hamstring) have also been ruled out on the official injury report.

San Francisco at Tampa Bay (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET)

San Francisco: The 49ers will be without WR Pierre Garcon (knee) for another week as he’s been ruled out on the team’s official injury report.

Tampa Bay: The Buccaneers have a few question marks on both sides of the ball listed on their official injury report. WR DeSean Jackson (thumb) is questionable after fully participating in Thursday and Friday’s practice. He is expected to play this weekend. Meanwhile, DE Jason Pierre-Paul (knee/shoulder/hand) is questionable as well.

Arizona at Los Angeles Chargers (Sunday, 4:05 PM ET)

Arizona: The Cardinals will be without WR Chad Williams (ankle) and OL D.J. Humphries (knee) as they were not cleared for practice all week.

Los Angeles Chargers: RB Melvin Gordon (hamstring/knee) is shaping up to be a true game-time decision as he became limited in practice on Thursday and Friday according to the official injury report.

Pittsburgh at Denver (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET)

Pittsburgh: There is no fantasy relevant information to report.

Denver: There is no fantasy relevant information to report.

Miami at Indianapolis (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET)

Miami: There is good news and bad news on the Dolphins’ injury report this week. QB Ryan Tannehill (right shoulder) returns from his injury this week and is on track to start once again. Unfortunately, WR Jakeem Grant (achilles) is out and assumed to be out for the rest of the season.

Indianapolis: There is no fantasy relevant information to report.

Green Bay at Minnesota (Sunday, 8:20 PM ET)

Green Bay: The Packers’ injury report shows that TE Jimmy Graham (knee/thumb) and WR Randall Cobb (hamstring) are questionable this week after their limited participation in practice. Graham is on track to play, however, Cobb’s status is still up in the air.

Minnesota: There is no fantasy relevant information to report.

Tennessee at Houston (Monday, 8:15 PM ET)

Tennessee: After Mariota (neck) went down last week, it looked like he might miss some extended time, however, it does appear he’s on track to play as he was a full participant in Friday’s practice. Pay attention to reports on Saturday to confirm his status.

Houston: There is good news and bad news for the Texans going into the weekend. On one hand, they did not have any players miss practice so far this week. On the other hand, WRs Keke Coutee (hamstring) and DeAndre Hopkins (foot), Julie’n Davenport (shoulder), DE J.J. Watt (knee), CB Johnathan Joseph (ankle), and LBs Whitney Mercilus (ankle) and Duke Ejiofor (shoulder) were all limited in some capacity during practice this week and should all be checked upon before things finalize this weekend.

As always, injury information is a fluid element and should be treated as such. Things change between the final injury reports and game-time so make sure to stay alert and watch for news as we go through Week 12.
