Last week’s DFS contests were won by superstars like Kareem Hunt and Alvin Kamara. While that isn’t always the case, it often works out where the most often used players have the biggest games. The reason, of course, is that people are wise with the way they invest their hard-earned money. If ownership is high on a player, chances are that he is a solid play. That’s why I’m going to show you our top five projected players in terms of expected ownership for DraftKings this week. Quarterback
Although Patrick Mahomes is the most expensive by quite a bit this weekend, we expect him to again be the most popular play this week. The matchup versus Arizona is not ideal, but he does have 300+ yards and multiple touchdowns in 8 games already this season. Aaron Rodgers is a distant second, but far ahead of #3, Phillip Rivers, who travels to Oakland to take on the Raiders’ defense that surrendered a huge game to Nick Mullens in his debut last week. Rounding out the top five are two cheaper plays, Ryan Fitzpatrick (vs WAS) and Baker Mayfield (vs ATL).
