Earlier in the week, everyone was building lineups around Kareem Hunt, but we all know how that turned out so lineups have been shaken up all over the place. With most exchanging Hunt for Spencer Ware, there is plenty more money to spend elsewhere. Today, I’ll tell you how we expect the ownership rates to end up in light of it all. These numbers may change between the publishing of this article and opening kickoff depending on injury report updates so make sure to keep that in consideration. Alright, let’s take a look at the top five at each position.

Quarterback
There is plenty of money to spend because of an obvious value play at the running back position and several great cheap options at wide receiver. That means the most common plays will also be the most expensive since they are projected for far and away more points than the rest of the field. Patrick Mahomes (@OAK) leads the way, as usual, at nearly 40% ownership. Quite a bit behind him are Cam Newton (@ TB) and Jared Goff (@ DET) who are both in excellent matchups and game scripts where the opponent could keep them passing all game. The top value plays are Jameis Winston and Lamar Jackson this week and although they have plus matchups too, chances are that their ownership will still be in the single digits.
