FanDuel NBA Lineup Advice: Thursday (4/4)

Giannis is as safe of an investment tonight as you’ll ever find

This Thursday there are three NBA games which means it will be difficult to pick a good lineup. With teams resting their stars as the season winds down, it becomes even more important to find good values. The advice this week will focus on good matchups but will center around Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Check out today’s NBA Shot from FanDuel >>

Point Guards

Collin Sexton (PG – CLE): $6,600 @ SAC
Sexton has been very consistent over the last few weeks and in his last five games has averaged 29 Fan Duel points. In the last few games, he has played close to an average of 37 minutes a game. Sexton matchups against the Kings who ranked 19th in the NBA in defensive rating and have allowed the 4th most Fan Duel points to opposing Point Guards.

De’Aaron Fox (PG – SAC): $8,600 vs. CLE
Fox is someone who could possibly see his minutes reduced as the Kings have missed the playoffs and this is a meaningless game for them. Over his last five games, Fox has averaged 38 Fan Duel points and plays the Cavaliers who rank last in the NBA in defensive rating. The Cavaliers also allow the third most fantasy points to opposing Point Guards.

Shooting Guards

Buddy Hield (SG – SAC): $7,700 vs. CLE
Hield is averaging 35 Fan Duel points over his last five games and faces an abysmally defensive team in the Cavaliers. The Cavaliers also give up the eight most Fan Duel points to opposing Shooting Guards. Look for Hield to well exceed his average assuming he is given his regular amount of minutes.

Reggie Bullock (SG – LAL): $3,800 vs. GS
Bullock is seemingly back in the Lakers rotation and in his last game played 30 minutes. Bullock is admittedly a gamble but this game should be a blowout and he should see plenty of minutes to produce about 20 Fan Duel points.

Small Forwards

Lance Stephenson (SF –LAL): $4,700 vs. GS
Stephenson over his last five games has averaged about 25 minutes a game and 20 Fan Duel points. Against the Warriors, he should see plenty of minutes and should be the Lakers go to option. This game should be a blowout relatively quick and Stephenson could benefit by seeing additional minutes.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (SF – MIL): $12,200 @ PHI
Antetokounmpo is the best player available and the Bucks are still fighting to hold onto the one seed in the eastern conference. He has been dealing with an ankle injury but should be good to play against the 76ers. Over his last five games, Antetokounmpo has averaged  51 Fan Duel points, tonight should be no different.

Power Forwards

Tobias Harris (PF – PHI): $7,000 vs. MIL
Harris over his last five games has averaged 32 Fan Duel points and has seen a steady stream of minutes. He does draw a tough matchup against the Bucks, but he should still be good for around 32 Fan Duel points.

D.J. Wilson (PF – MIL)$3,500 vs. PHI
D.J Wilson has seen some minutes for the Bucks over his last few games and could very well be worth the gamble. Over his last five games, he has averaged only 13 Fan Duel points, but put up around 27 Fan Duel points against the Hawks. At this point, if Wilson can hit 20 Fan Duel points he is well worth the price point.

Center

Willie Cauley-Stein (C – SAC): $5,600 vs. CLE
Cauley-Stein is coming off a terrible game against the Rockets but should redeem himself against the lowly rank Cavaliers. Over his last five games, Cauley-Stein has averaged 25 Fan Duel points. There is no reason why he shouldn’t well exceed those numbers against the Cavaliers.
