A 14-game main slate is on deck, featuring a mix of frontline starters and back-end rotation arms. With only one game having a total in the double digits, there will be an extra-emphasis on uncovering gems.
Here are eight players who could potentially go overlooked and provide value on Tuesday night.

Pitcher
Julio Teheran (ATL): $8,400 @ SFG
Consistency is what Teheran brings to the table. His past five starts have resulted in 30 or more FanDuel points. Continuing such a streak is increasingly likely with a date against the Giants in San Francisco. A lineup who ranks bottom-five in wOBA and runs scored, while also playing in spacious Oracle Park is always worth targeting. Teheran is set up for success in this one.
Chris Archer (PIT): $7,100 vs. COL
This price-point is far too low for someone with the arsenal Archer possesses. His past few starts have been erratic at best but he looks to turn things around in this one. Coming off a recent thumb injury, regaining his form will be key for future successful outings. The Rockies on the road are a nice remedy for any struggling staffer. With their 25.3% strikeout rate, look for Archer to miss his fair share of bats. If his offense can support him enough, there is an opportunity for him to post quality numbers, pick up a win, and return value on a $7,100 price tag.
Catcher/First Base
Kendrys Morales (NYY): $2,500 @ BAL
The Yankees are clicking right now and their recent pickup of Morales seems beneficial for both parties. The switch-hitting DH will see plenty of plate appearances with the squad still injured quite a bit. He has found himself batting in the middle of the order and will take on David Hess, a righty who sits at 1-5 with a 5.58 ERA. The bandbox in Baltimore is one of the premier hitting environments in the entire league. Morales has the potential to put on a show in this one.
Second Base
Ozzie Albies (ATL): $3,200 @ SFG
The unpredictability of baseball is one of the many factors that make it a beautiful game. Albies started out the season as hot as possible but has cooled considerably in the past couple weeks. The ups and downs that come with the sport are tough for many to handle, but Albies has the skills to work out of his struggles. Rostering him in this one will ensure a low-owned upside play who will take on an unproven rookie-righty in Shaun Anderson. Bank on Albies in this one and reap the rewards.
Third Base
Miguel Sano (MIN): $3,300 @ LAA
When analyzing the player pool for this particular slate, Sano jumped out as someone who could win it for those who slot him into their lineups. He’s recently worked his way back from a heel injury and has looked healthy in his return. Always a candidate for a two-homer game, Sano should be considered at his reasonable $3,300 cost. He will be in Anaheim to rake against a struggling Trevor Cahill who holds a 2-4 record with a 6.95 ERA. The price on Sano will more than likely continue to climb, so lock him in here while you still can.
Shortstop
Corey Seager (LAD): $3,000 @ TAM
Another player with an exciting skill-set who is priced too low. Rostering Dodgers has been a successful strategy for many, and Seager looks like one of the better bargains on this slate. Set to face an opener in Hunter Wood, he will get the chance to face some bullpen arms in this one. Tropicana Field is not the most ideal hitter’s park but regardless of venue, runs haven’t been difficult to come by for Los Angeles. The counting stats could rack up early and often for Seager in this Interleague showdown.
Outfield
Jay Bruce (SEA): $3,000 @ TEX
Bruce is somewhat of a feast-or-famine play most nights but is positioned to succeed in this one. Heading into Texas to face Lance Lynn is an ideal scenario, especially as the weather begins to heat up. A career .255/.328/.487 hitter against righties, an underwhelming Lynn will struggle to contain not only Bruce but the entire Seattle club. They are top-five in wRC+ and runs scored, making them a strong stacking option.
Derek Dietrich (CIN): $2,600 @ MIL
Gio Gonzalez has somehow been performing above-average since joining the Brewers. Dietrich will look to slow him down in Miller Park, where runs are not often hard to come by. The lefty on lefty matchup will steer most away, creating a potential low-owned play who has proven he can put up numbers. He posted a 60 point performance two weeks ago which included 2 HR/6 RBI/1 SB. Not many $2,600 players are capable of such a performance, making Dietrich a worthy selection.
